Would give them 0 stars but can't. I've been their 3 times in the past 2 months 1st time they forgot my drink and all dipping sauces(I asked for a bunch since we had 4 orders of tenders), also I ordered spicy chicken and they gave me mild and they forgot my drink. I live a half hour away and wasn't going back for sauces. The second time I went there went better they only forgot my drink that time. the 3rd time( the last and final time I go there) they not only forgot my drink and sauces they also forgot my order of popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders luckily unnoticed in the parking lot and went inside and complained and got my food, well on my way back I realized the receipt said mild chicken I ordered spicy and they guy in drive thru even repeated spicy back to me so I tasted the chicken to check and of course it's mild chicken and the tender were mild as well and they were also supposed to Be spicy, tAt this point I'm half way home and am not going back so I decide I'm gonna call the store and complain, we'll get this the phone number on the receipt doesn't actually bring you to an active phone it's just a voicemail that doesn't even say you have reached Popeyes it just repeats the number I dialed and tells me to leave a message, which is probably the most unprofessional phone system I've ever seen for an established business as...
Read moreIf you want rude service, missing food, lack of care, and frustration, come to this Popeyes. I’m at a women’s retreat that 25min and I came to this location for dinner after not eating all day. I ordered a 12 piece bone in combo. They gave me my bag and when I was back on the highway, I realized that they gave me the wrong order.
I called them and had the displeasure speaking to the same employee who acted as if money would be deducted from his check if he gave us an extra sauce before leaving the store. I explained to him and he placed me hold. However, he didn’t mute himself and I heard him mocking me to his manager, who accused me of lying about my order and said I had to return the food in order to process the refund. First of all, ew. What restaurant takes food back after making a mistake? Second, I paid with card and the could’ve easily been issued a refund. However, they chose to mock me and call me a liar.
But wait, it gets worse. Even though I explained to them that I’m from out of town, they said I should come with the receipt AND the food tomorrow for a refund. WHAT RESTAURANT DOES THAT?!?!
This location lives up to the Popeyes stereotype. Rude employees with horrible customer service skills and concern. Save your time, money, and energy and go someplace else.

Read moreFirst time back in January, during lunch, I ordered from the overhead menu board and as I was waiting in line for my food, I overheard the next customer order a $6.99 special that I didn't notice as advertised. The woman behind the counter turned around and I explained my order and asked if she could adjust the selections to the $6.99 specials. In a quick NY minute, she placed the food on a tray and told me I paid enough extra for a small drink. 2/26 during the pm shift, it was a totally different situation. I ordered a tackle box and a $6.99 special and the young man threw the food on the tray and it was pushed across counter. No one in line behind me. The young man didn't ask if I wanted any sauce, didn't care to know what specific parts of the chicken I wanted. In addition, the miniscule sized shrimp and chicken 'whatever they were' overcoated to point that when I broke it in half, couldn't see what was inside (Chicken finger?). $16 later and absolutely disappointed in my heap of breading. Sad. Can management explain this vast difference in food quality...
