he cashier Jazmin was ringing me up for my bowl and tortilla she let me know my total was $13.37 so I tapped my card. As I tapped my card she later realized she did not ring up my tortilla because the young man who made my bowl brought the tortilla to her after the fact. She proceeds to say “oh you have a tortilla too?” I responded yes and she taps the register trying to add the tortilla to the transaction but was not successful because I already tapped my card. She hands me the receipt and I walked away to the area where they keep the tabasco sauces. But the particular one I use was empty so I head back to Jazmin to ask if they had another Tabasco sauce and she ask for a second to go check. She came back with a new bottle, I handed her the two empty bottles and proceeded back to the same area where the sauces were. As I’m getting my sauce Jazmin approaches me and says “ ma’am your card did not go through” I respond “how if you gave me a receipt?” We head back to the register and she says I still owe $.53, so I open my bank app and checked and it shows the $13.37 went through. I let Jazmin know that and I showed her and she says “well ma’am it didn’t take the payment and you still owe $.53” I responded “no your lying because it shows on my bank transactions it went through and you just want me to pay for the tortilla only!” She stays quiet and the manager at the time walks over, which I didn’t know she was the manager because she didn’t approach the situation as such. The manager starts tapping the register and repeats what Jazmin said “ma’am it did not complete your order you still owe the $.53.” And again I showed my bank statement and asked her “if the payment was not completed why would it print out a receipt?” The manager started speaking Spanish to Jazmin which is very distasteful and disrespectful because now I feel like your trying to con me into something. I said to Jazmin again “ don’t say my card didn’t go through just because you want me to pay for the tortilla just say you want me to pay for it versus saying my card didn’t go through!” She nods and I say “so you’re lying and just wanted me to pay for the tortilla correct?” And she says “yes”instantly I’m upset and I asked for the manager to not realize she was standing next to Jazmin the entire time. The manager continued to talk to Jazmin in a different language and ask me to tap my card again not even explaining what she was doing. I thought I was getting a refund for poor customer service and she turns around charged me again to show me the bottom of the receipt. Which says authorizing….. balance due $13.90. Which ever receipt says authorizing…balance due. Which I showed the manager the first receipt said the same thing, so now she was confused and asked me to tap my card again and still did not let me know what she was doing. Instead she continued to speak to Jazmin in Spanish and the line was growing, she called another manager or employee on the phone asking for help to do a refund. Long story short I am very Disgusted with this locations customer service even after receiving a refund for one transaction when my card was tapped 3 times that night! I have never been so embarrassed in my life for something that could have been resolved in seconds just by not being charged for a tortilla when I already completed my transaction and management could have let me know for next time it is a up charge for the tortilla versus charging me three times and allowing me to stay in the store for 20 minutes while she figure out how to do a refund! I will not be returning to this location ever again and will make sure to let others know of the lying, distasteful and disrespectful customer service I...

6/1/24 Went back two years later the place is still filthy. Same manager walked in the door walked right over the garbage in the front entrance. The people weren’t ready to serve you 3 o’clock and a Saturday afternoon. They didn’t have fresh food bins. Look like scraps couldn’t make more they said They were too busy. They were all standing around when we walked in garbage on the floor area all the tables no place to sit because there’s garbage on the tables in the floor. The manager told him you haven’t cleaned the place in two years. We haven’t been back for one year still a mess . No fresh chicken that they’re advertising on tv picture of it, but in the bin look like scraping and they couldn’t make more 3 pm sat
9/20/25 So today I went back here my wife wanted chipotle at 5 o’clock on a Saturday. They didn’t have fresh food up. They had one guy serving with 10 people waiting in line. One guy standing at the register doing nothing. The place is filthy the floor. The garbage pants are full Same as it was months ago never go back. There should be reported to the board of Health. I can’t imagine how the back is. They advertise steak and they don’t even have it. We had to wait and the guy had to cut it. Read moreI’ve had one bad experience after the next and will no longer return to this nasty Chipotle location. Multiple young female staff members have given such an attitude the last few times I’ve been there. Today the girl tossed brown wilted lettuce on my burrito and when I asked her to pick a particularly soggy brown goopy piece off she tossed it in the trash over her shoulder with an attitude and looked over at her co-worker and made an annoyed face. I looked at her and asked why an employee would get mad that I asked he to take rotten food off of my order instead of being embarrassed and apologetic that they were serving such trash in the first place. All of the employees just stared at me with annoyed faces & no response. This was me giving them another chance after my last experience with my online order of 4 dinners allegedly being taken by a different customer off of their unregulated free-for-all to go rack (the excuse they gave me after spending 10 minutes trying to figure out my missing order) and then them giving me a hard time about it. They the had the audacity to make me stand to the side waiting for them to finish all of their pending online orders that were supposedly on a time limit before re-making mine. Meanwhile I had ordered more than 30 minutes before that. Someone needs to take notes from Chick-fil-A and hire some humans with class and dignity & at the very least basic customer service skills.
