Went in for a pick order, I was not greeted or asked how I could be helped, two other people walk in after me and are greeted with outstanding service one bought a cake right then and there one picked up an order. I finally asked for my order they said they didn’t have it, they looked again and said they didn’t have the product to make the cake and the order was place the night before. No call email or notification was sent to me before hand so I could make changes. When asked for a refund “Div” the manger with no last name was not there and a refund could not be made by anyone until he came back which was who knows when. The young girl who worked there started spraying and cleaning the glass windows with Windex literally an inch away from the table we were sitting at. The windex got on my leg and arm. I informed the girl that Windex just got on me. She ignored me. To be safe, I threw away my daughter’s icecream just to be safe. I asked her politely for a new one. She was very annoyed. I said you’re spraying Windex right beside us and there’s a fan blowing getting it everywhere. She’s like I do this all of the time and no one has every complained giving me a hard time. Placed an order on the app 8/5 and realized there was a mistake. Tried to cancel the order on the app immediately after placing it but it prompted me to call the store. I call and the owner picks up and tells me he will refund the order but he isn’t at the store right now so he will do it later. I was already on the way so I ended up going into the store to make sure they didn’t make the order since I was having it cancelled. The worker was very nice about everything and of it was of her control so I left and decided to wait for the refund as promised.
