Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Stuart

Alright I wanted to give this place another shot as they were great for my wife and kids and I definitely have to tell you the pizza and sauce were great this time so I will be coming back. I had a mix of pepperoni, bacon, onions,red pepper , chopped garlic with balsamic glaze finish if you want to give it a try.

Ok so my kid loves the pizza and my wife's allergen issues are not a factor at blaze which is great because she can finally eat pizza again. The customer experience and the service is another thing, for what looks like 10 employees on the line it took way to long to get to order the pizza .If you have allergies and have questions the majority of the staff do not know the answers including the manager. luckily blaze has a great allergen menu on there website that the staff should get to know. Definitely a rough location. I walked in, didn’t get greeted, and waited for at least 10 minutes at the counter before I could even start to make my pizza because they had online orders they were backed up on. I was the only person “in line”… The people behind the counters making the pizza could not have moved any slower to prepare the orders. They didn’t have any dough ready so that added to the wait time and all of their containers were just out on the counter as they made pizzas, which seemed odd and unorganized. Not a single smile or friendly human interaction from anyone at this establishment, except the young gentleman who cut my pizza and handed it to me. He was very polite and efficient. On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty— toilet paper on the floor and no soap to wash hands. First and last time visiting here. This is my girls favorite place to eat. My oldest she's 5 is autistic and there times she screams and have tantrums and always feel bad. Today my oldest was in a super happy day a lady was stressing about her happy screams as we call them. I apologized told her we havnt been able to come in a while and she's super excited because we had a yes day today! I just shrugged it off because I understand it's alot for others sometimes and asked the girls to use their happy inside voice . Not only the manager but the owner both apologized . Found out the girl was autistic too and made alot more sense my oldest doesn't like loud noises at times. From a single mom that has a special needs child that was very sweet and i thank the both of you and hope when my daughter is older she has a boss and manager like the 2 of you!!!!!
