Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Stuart

I used to order from this location for lunch many times and they would deliver to me (very fast!), however today when I called they told me they no longer deliver to me (despite being the exact same location) and that it was a "policy change". I then asked for a customer service number or home office number to get clairification of this "new policy" but the manager (who spoke through another employee) said they don't have a customer service number. A quick google search revealed that to be an outright lie and I will be calling them on Monday to make inquiries. The reason I'm rating this location a 1 star is mainly due to the ineptitude of the management there and the fact that they wouldn't even give me the courtesy of speaking with me directly. First time ordering from this location and I will never order from this location again! They answered the phone, "Hello" I asked if i reached jimmy johns? They ignore my question and ask, "What is your name?" I asked again did i reach jimmy johns because all i heard was someone say hello. They said yea. Asked me what i want. I give the guy my address three times, my order twice, then had to start from the beginning and do it all over again. Once i got to my card I had to give it to him twice. During my 17 minutes phone call to place my order i was put on hold 3 times. Placing my order over the phone took longer than them bringing me the food. It was a terrible experience...

Last night on 4/30/19 me and 2 coworkers from the hospital ordered delivery. They took our order, we all 3 paid over the phone and the food never came. We called back several times and were told we would get a refund and still get our food delivered. We got the refund but no food. The person on the phone told us twice the delivery guy would be there any minute but still no show. So they closed and with no phone call to tell us anything. I mean who does that?
