🌯First the food was amazing, and so flavorful. Not that bland stuff, not spicy hot, just a lot of delicious flavor like the meat was marinated. We had asada and pollo burritos and they were great! The sauces were also very flavorful without being over whelming. My mouth is watering just thinking of it while writing this review.
Service was fast for such good food. Very nice folks working hard to prove some delicious food.
🗺️While the location is across from the water and it's like a mini park, everything around it was kind of industrial but you can still get your food to go and find a nice spot on the water.
🛻Parking can be a little cramped and really only 4-6 cars can fit in the parking lot next door, or you can park on the street for 3 or 5 min.
We stopped again towing a trailer as we left for county so doing worry just go get some of this food now.

Read moreThis is a family operation preparing some great Mexican food on site in a food trailer. I have eaten here twice and have just about tried everything, not to be disappointed. I moved to Sturgeon Bay from Texas 10 years ago and this area has always lacked the flavors of a good taco spot that offers a great small menu that will put a smile on your face. Maricio's has a well kept outdoor eating area, a treat and water spot for your pets if you are just passing through and you are within walking distance to three city parks if you choose to eat on the canal for a water view. You will have to exit off 57/42 and head into Sturgeon Bay to find Maricio's. Skipping this stop if you are hungry thinking you're going to find something better or familiar further north will only do your belly a disservice. Give it a try, you will stop again leaving...
Read moreWe were here visiting Door county for my mom's birthday and didn't want to eat another burger and fries. Did a little looking online and found this little gem. As Mexican American women born and raised in Chicago, having lived in Milwaukee and now Racine, we seriously approve. I think it's even better than other places we've been to, and about as good as our home cooking, lol. My husband, who prefers the burgers and fries, and who doesn't usually give compliments, said this was better than any other taco he's tasted. The only hiccup was that the young man who took our order missed one of the tacos we asked for, but the owner made it right for us. Support this local business, places like this are...
