Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sturgis

I don’t like writing bad reviews, and honestly I never had a bad experience here until today. I ordered from the app, I paid 40$ for one large pizza and a pasta dish, we waited and waited and our pizza never came. I checked the “pizza tracker” thing on their app and it said my food had been delivered. So I immediately called the store, and the kid who answered wasn’t sure how to help me, so he said he would have the delivery driver give me a call. She finally called and was incredibly rude and put out. Saying she knocked and nobody answered so she just left the food there…..where?! Then proceeds to tell me to call the store and figure it out. So I wandered around to find my $40 pizza and finally found my food sitting in front of an abandoned shed like building with no windows and no address a block away from my house. Wasps and flies were covering it. I understand it’s Rally and things are extremely busy, but come on….an abandoned building? They had my phone number and any other time the delivery driver has struggled finding the address I gave them, they usually call before just leaving my food sit somewhere. $40 is a lot for one pizza and a side dish, and I’ve always worked in the food service industry so I’m wondering why she thought it was ok to just leave it and then to have the attitude she...

Ordered online, the tracker said it had been delivered it had not. Called and was told my apt # was not on my order (it is in my profile) and the driver tried to call me several times and I didn't answer, (not true my call log showed no missed calls) so she wents back to Dominoes. Manager??? said they would deliver it a again, I said great should be nice and cold by then and he hung up on me! Called back and Mr rudeness said they would remake and deliver, waited an hour no pizza so I called again and was told I didn't answer the door so she left it at the front door, opened the door and no order. Manager said they would try again, he repeated the ph # address and the order back to me. This time the order was delivered and it was missing the drink. So first ordered at 4:22 and finally got the order @ 6:45 and it was wrong....

I just got food delivered to hotel I used to work at Domino's as I loved my crew & bosses Austin savage and judd. I got a pizza from my mother from Georgia as a congrats when we got our place. The delivery driver tall black hair black mustache dude was completely rude as I didn't feel the need to tip since it was my mom's card I told him thank u and looked back and said "ya very generous of you" now If I knew that was someone I used to work with wouldn't of had a side comment and just complained at work that's fine cool but don't ever disrespect ur guest u wouldn't have a payday if it wasn't for us can honestly say my old job I loved with all my heart went to absolute garbage and will only order when I know my old crew is on Zane,judd,Dave, which I'll gladly tip as much as I can bc they always had the up most respect. -...
