Emma's ice cream itself is a wonderful place with lots of great things but I half to say the way the owners treat their staff is sad I was a employee there and they falsely accuse me of stealing money with no proof I've worked several jobs handling money and never once had a problem but this job accused me of stealing with no proof whatsoever I felt it was discrimination because I was the first and only black girl who has worked in that building I told the owner to check the cameras and all she can say was she heard me talking smack about her but had no proof of seeing me take any money I heard all the bad stories about them but wanted to see for myself and oh boy did I 😂 the owner was so disrespectful to us I mean making us all feel like we did something wrong when really we were giving it our all she would call us name like stupid or idiots and talk to us like we were children she made a teen cry because she made a shake wrong I felt bad I heard a lot of things about them and now I see the stories are true go to that wonderful place and enjoy yourself but if you put your application in just know they will not hesitate to cuss you out or make u feel like crap know your worth and...
