Ok so I am going to give you my experience from start to finish. When we wanted to start our order, my wife told me that she wanted the honey garlic flavor boneless wings. Looking at their menu online from their website, it says honey garlic pepper which can make a significant difference in taste. I asked if this is what she wanted and she said that that do have just honey garlic but that was because she was looking a the Grubhub menu which apparently is slightly different from what the website says. In order to clear this up, I decided it was just better to order in the store and ask them instead of ordering online. Based on the other reviews here, I am glad that I did. When I came in, I asked the person behind the counter about the honey garlic versus the honey garlic pepper and it was very frustrating because of a large language barrier. I knew at the end of the conversation that he still didn't really understand what I was asking. He did give me a paper menu which just had Honey Garlic on it not Honey Garlic Pepper. I know it sounds like I am splitting hairs here but inconsistencies are confusing and it did end up making a difference when it was all said and done. So I go up to order our food and ordered the Honey Garlic wings as a combo, 10 bone in Buffalo Wings, and an order of hush puppies. I wouldn't say that the cashier was rude but he definitely wasn't that friendly. Also I didn't like the fact that he made the assumption on both orders that they would be combos using the phrase "Combo right?". I don't like that underhanded up-selling. I think asking people if they wanted the combo or just the wings is a good alternative. Just my opinion there. So then the wait was probably about 15 minutes which wasn't too bad and he calls my order number. I go up to the counter and he just brings me the box with the 10 Buffalo Wings and opens them up. They look fine but I ask "Where are the other wings and hush puppies?" So at this point he starts to get confused and thinks that the kitchen cooked the wrong food. What really happened is that he just didn't take to whole order over from the counter and then says "Oh we have to send it back, they made the wrong food." I have to somewhat forcefully explain to him that I had 2 orders of wings and also hush puppies and then he finds the other food on the counter. I understand if people have difficulty with English however you can't be a front line worker at a restaurant dealing with customers and only have broken English to rely on. Your customer service is going to be horrendous if you can't communicate effectively. I would recommend hiring 1 person to completely run the front who is fluent in English and deals with all the customer interactions. This is the number one reason I won't be back to this establishment. I'm sorry but I don't want to have to do extra work to explain to you what I ordered especially at the prices you charge. So then after all of this I get home with the food. So I will say the hush puppies were really good. My wife did not finish the honey garlic wings because.....they had too much pepper on it. My Buffalo Wings were mediocre. On a scale of 1-10 I would say they were a 4 or 5. Overall the food was ok but felt very overpriced for the quality. The service and process to get the food is probably the area that needs to be worked...
Read moreDon’t spend money with these people because they don’t have any manners. The customer service is horrible. I usually go get wings at this College Drive location and I normally call in my order in which is still a wait when I get there so no point in making the call in. I called in my wings and the rude man that takes the orders that always have an attitude answered the phone but acted as if he could not hear me. I kept say “Sir I can hear you just fine” he kept saying “ Hello hello hello. He then hung up so I called back and he didn’t answer so I waited a moment and had someone else call from a different number and he could hear them so I came in on the line and said I want to place an order. He started fussing at me about playing on the phone. I said I thought you couldn’t hear me!! He knew it was me from my voice. He said what do you want to order in a rude way. I told him I’ll come inside because I was almost about to pull up and when I got there I asked for a manager but he said no managers were there. I let him know how rude he was and I knew he could hear me when I called and how they just lost a good customer because I come sometimes 2-3 times a week to spend Money with them. I’m convinced that he don’t like Americans or he just prejudice against certain race. Smh. I’ll never order with these...

I was really looking forward to trying America’s Best Wings on College Drive in Suffolk after hearing good things, especially about their lamb over rice bowl. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive.
When I arrived and placed my order, I simply asked for the salad toppings to be placed on the side. To my surprise, the employee told me they couldn’t accommodate that—and instead suggested I order a completely separate side salad. I clarified my request again, thinking maybe there was a misunderstanding, but was told they didn’t have any extra containers to put the toppings on the side. Really? A restaurant that serves wings, salads, and even desserts doesn’t have a single spare container?
Even the meal I ordered was going to be served in a container—were they down to their last one? I even offered to pay an extra charge if needed, but it was clear they had no interest in making a simple customer request work. It felt less like a policy issue and more like an unwillingness to be helpful. At that point, I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.
I won’t be returning to this location, but hopefully other locations are more accommodating and customer-focused. Extremely disappointed in the lack of basic...
