Subway — Restaurant in Suffolk

I just walked out of here today not happy with the way my sandwich was made. For starters I'm a previous employee of subway so I know how meats are portioned and etc. I ordered rotisserie chicken on a 6 inch flatbread. The employee gave me all of maybe 3 pieces of the meat. There is a scoop that is used to portion out how much meat goes on the sandwich, she did not utilize the scoop, she basically grabbed a couple pieces and put it in the scoop. Anyways after she took my meat out of the oven, she goes to place it on my flatbread and one piece falls into the tuna. So now I have 2 1/2 pieces of meat on my sandwich. I said to her "That's a little bit of meat, can I have more or something?" She then gets me another scoop worth (this time it's rightly portioned) and heats it up for me. NOW my sandwich looks like it's supposed to. She finishes my sandwich and goes to ring me up. I know the sandwich is about $5 and I got chips. My total was almost $9, turns out I was charged for extra meat. Instead of arguing with these ppl or starting a fuss I just paid and left. I'm very disappointed however because I could tell the employee knew of her wrongs and did not address them rather than ignore the situation or see if her manager was ok with what she had served me. The manager or owner of the store was right there and felt that serving 2 pieces of meat to a pregnant woman was ok. ALSO, being a previous employee of subway I know the standards they are supposed to uphold and...

Other than it being dim inside and a ran down area, this Subway was a good stop on my way home after a bad day. The 2 teenagers in here put me in a good mood with greeting me as I walked in. The guy took his time with me when I told him I needed 4 subs to go. He did like to talk so that was nice instead of just putting my order on a screen....

I AM LIVID! I ordered a footlong steak and cheese sub. I opened my sandwich and it was mostly peppers and onions. I got half the amount of steak and was still charged full price for the sandwich. And when I called back 20 min to closing NO ONE ANSWERED! Absolutely unacceptable! I'll kindly take my business to Which Wich from...
