Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Sugar Hill

We used to order from here about once a week. Today we received our delivery of a couple pizza bowls and a thin crust magnifico. It was obvious the bowls were either dropped or carried on their side. Pizza was a grease trap and only cut on the outer edges. Called not to complain and ask for anything, but just to update the manager about our poor experience. After speaking with a young lady and expressing our concern, the young lady let out a sigh and asked what I wanted her to do, get a credit or send someone back out. I wasn't going to make this review until the poor customer service from the young lady who is apparently in charge tonight. She also said they had to change cheese providers because of COVID, and the only way to fix the grease problem was to use less cheese on the pizza. Thanks but no thanks. The only thing that we ordered from here is no longer the standard of which we used to enjoy. Time to download...

I called and ordered several pizza for a birthday party. The girl told me they only have one driver it will be an hour. I said OK. 2 hrs later I call to ask questions about my pizzas and they hang up on me and I call back and they put me on hold. So I drove up there with my phone in hand still on hold and walk in there and ask the little girl who put me on hold then she runs to the back where the rest are hiding to get a manager. He comes up to tell me they canceled my order because I cussed at them on the phone. Now I'm furious. #1 I did not cussed at anybody I just called to check on my pizzas. #2 They couldn't even call and say hey it's gonna be more like 2 hours not 1. #3 They should of told me they were canceling my order. I'm very unhappy and have been a customer for a long time. I'll be getting my pizza's from somewhere else...

Hello friends! Today 08/24/2025 I bought a Hawaiian pizza here. For over a year, I liked to buy pizza from them once every two or three months. It was always good. But today I was extremely disappointed. Apparently the staff has changed. In the photo you can see how crookedly and disproportionately the pizza was cut (I do it more evenly at home), the pizza was missing ingredients (find pineapple there), but they take tips in advance without receiving approval and customer satisfaction.

My recommendation! Avoid this place! The quality is not consistent and the kitchen is staffed by children who choose from the kitchen to their friends in the hall, and return to the kitchen without washing their hands and putting on special clothes. I think I'll contact the control service, I'm not making this up, I'm telling...
