Worst service ever since going there for years....I would give no star rating but, unfortunately I have to. This is how this beautiful sunny day outing went.. I wanted to take my daughter a beverage that I am obsessed with from here and sadly it never made it to her and I didn't get the chance to enjoy one either. Story or list (whatever you would like to call it ---definitely not punctuation/grammar friendly---who cares, I am not getting graded)- After sitting in the line for 20 minutes plus, finally get to order (just wanted sodas, the order was repeated so, I assumed after sitting in line for a long period of time that I can enjoy a nice beverage. Get to the window, cashier proceeded to take payment, while calling out the wrong order, I correct her and that is the second time that I went to that cashier and she got the same order wrong in the past, she left the window, I watched her go back and forth to the back storage, to the front, wash hands, make boxes, go back to the back storage, go back to the front ..all while I am sitting patiently waiting on sodas....not, snow cones but, SODAS :/ .... finally, a different worker comes bringing me sodas in the wrong size cups, soda spilled over them and I told her..."Are you going to clean that?" Gross, were you seriously going to hand me dirty cups...I am sorry but, presentation is everything and that was an F-.... now that worker got a green towel and wiped the cups down and had me questioning in my mind..."Was the towel clean?"....gave me the drinks, took payment, and certainly after waiting in the line now for 30 minutes or more...I just thought that everything would be right....and by NO SURPRISE...the drinks were wrong :/ .... turned around and had to go into the place...by this time FRUSTRATION certainly sank in and when I went inside there were so many people sitting at the booths with no service, long faces, no conversation, disposable menu looked like drinks were spilled on it, counter had old sticky film from previous orders all over it (YUCK!)...at that moment I knew that they were experiencing the same frustration...I got a refund...I didn't want anything else- no correction, no apology, no anything...just a refund and my sanity.......poor people that waited before me, with me, and after me should have received free services...sad day in Bahama Buck's Land---future suggestion get a better CREW who honors first come, first serve and have people who knows what they are doing in a place of business as such....ALTERNATE and KEEP THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY...it's called Bahama Buck's not...
Read moreFirst off I will say we will STILL continue to frequent Bahama Bucks, but am only sharing this in hopes some changes will be made bc we were VERY dissapointed at our party last night.
We always cater their party packs that come with a big cooler of ice and 3 flavors. It's typically flawless! Well, last night I picked up our coolers for my sons baseball party and the ice was rock solid all the way to the bottom of the cooler! I tired to use the provided scoop to break it up and it immediately broke. Finally I was able to find a large metal serving spoon and salvage enough for about 10 (very crunchy snocones).
I picked my order up right on time. Didn't leave sitting in the sun, tried allowing it to sit opened for a few minutes etc. Also, the box wasn't sealed properly when I recieved it, with the blue seals broken on one side and not securely shut. Maybe that was the issue?
We were also bummed that one of our flavors came about 75% full and we didn't have enough spoons. Hoping someone sees this and can properly train the staff bc I recommend you guys to everyone and we use Bahama Bucks for ALL our...

I’m convinced Bahama Buck’s hired an angel and named him Pierson.
From the moment I walked in, it felt like a VIP experience. Pierson greeted me with the most welcoming smile and somehow managed to turn ordering a snow cone into an art form. I told him I was indecisive, and this man turned into a flavor guru. He didn’t just suggest one or two options—he gave me a full breakdown of combos, textures, toppings, and why each one could be a whole moment.
I went with his top pick and HOLY. It was easily one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Then I made the mistake of saying, “That was amazing,” which triggered Pierson’s second superpower: irresistible recommendations. Next thing I knew, I had ordered two more flavors. I wasn’t even mad. I was impressed. I was grateful. I was hooked.
Pierson is genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered. You can tell he actually cares about making people’s day. Bahama Buck’s is lucky to have him—and honestly, so is humanity.
