Spoke to the manager couple of weeks ago about the opening time because I've been through the drive thru between 7:06 and 7:14 AM on 3 occasions and no one was home. She said they should be open at 6:58 AM.
Last week drove through at 7:07 AM. No reply at the speaker so pulled to the window. An employee wearing a headset was visible through the window & appeared to be writing a detailed memoir, no doubt on how bad the service is at this location.
Waited a few minutes, honked then rapped on the window. The employee looked up and held up 5 fingers. So let me get this straight... 10 minutes after you are supposed to be open, I need to wait 5 more minutes?
Second complaint is that they don't have tea ready all the time the the morning. Once they poured sugar from the bag directly into my cup then added tea. One time they mixed the flavored tea on the soda fountain with the unsweetened (I drink half cut). How 'bout no?

Read moreI normally wait till I visit a restaurant a few times over to leave a review, here's what I got after visiting this Taco Bell about 3 or 4 times: They've messed up my order 2 out of the 4 times I've been there. Normally I give people the benefit of the doubt, but with a 50% chance that they'll mess up my order I'm apprehensive to return. I only ever order the $5 Box and maybe a couple Freezes. This Taco Bell has consistently given us our Freezes only 90% full with a flat lid, what's the point in ordering a large if this is the outcome? This last time, specifically, I ordered three $5 Boxes, when I get to the window I pay, ask for whatever specific hot sauce I wanted, then when I get my food, all 3 of the Boxes are found in 1 single bag, making it impossible to discern whether they messed up my order, again, or not. After taking a look at my receipt I see the "Now Hiring" in bold letters. It makes me chuckle because I know they either have to hire, or fire, because something needs to drastically change at this Taco Bell if they want to get above a 1...

They debited the order amount and after 5 minutes got a message saying the order is ready... when I arrive at the store they said they don’t serve breakfast... I asked about my order n my refund... they said we can’t do anything here and call the customer service... I requested the Manager John That I understand that it’s an error from the app .. they should not have accepted my order in this location... Simply just requested the manager to write that this order was not honored due to an error as they don’t serve breakfast... so basically I walked away with no food, paid money for the order n was not given anything in writing that the order was honored. Very unprofessional... I wish there was minus stars for this location... definitely calling to get my refund n In addition poor...
