Play Street Museum - Sugar Land — Attraction in Sugar Land

Came with schedule reservations with two slimes. When we got there the woman was on her phone, she got up the minute we went in. When other people would come in you can loudly hear people coming in because of the door sound, she was no where at the front but in the back I’m unsure of what she was doing. 10mins before it was time for us to leave she came up to me asked me if I was the one who reserve spots for today.. I answered yes she asked me questions regarding the slime if we wanted to do it now or get some by the exit I told her I would check what’s out in the exit to see it was anything that the girls liked when she had asked me the question she didn’t even ask for my name nor my daughters name I can’t imagine if somebody else would have said yes to the reservation and we would’ve lost our slime. When it was time for us to leave, she was not in the front so we decided to checked outside by ourselves the slime to see if it was anything that my girls liked They did not, they only had boys slime So we went back inside once again she was nowhere to be found, and we picked out our own charms We waited five more minutes and I had Informed my partner to please look for her to let her know we are ready to take our slime home. She comes to us She asked if we wanted to get the slime at the front I informed her no we do not want to because there wasn’t that many options we had already picked out our charms we would like to get the ones back here She seemed irritated with our response due to having to create new slime kit. She kept going back & forth. When we got home, we noticed that there were things missing from the slime the baking soda, the stick. Honestly very disappointing coming home - I live 30mins from the location.

I called today, to see if I can stop by to pick up the rest of the things to make the slime at home Because it is $10 And I want everything That should have been included in the bag Someone answered the phone and sounded disturbed by my questions of wanting to go back and picking up the stuff that was not inside of the slime bag.

I will not be coming to this location again Katy location is much more fun & better...

They have a SNAKE that is OUT WHILE THE CHILDREN ARE PLAYING!! The lady working had the snake slithering around one of her hands while she was picking up toys with the other.

I expressed my fear of snakes and concern for the snake being out of its cage and she did not care or do anything about it. When we went to check out, I asked where the snake was and she said it was in a paper bag at the register. I asked if the snake would always be there and she said yes.

It is one thing to have a reptile in its cage for children to look at. It’s completely different to have someone bringing a snake next to you and your child without your consent while they are cleaning. In addition to not having my consent to bring a live, uncaged snake near my child, I can’t imagine that this is at all sanitary for the play area.

I was in such disbelief at the situation that I went home and double checked the waiver I signed and the website. There is no mention of an uncaged snake while toddlers were playing whatsoever.

The place is very cute, but we will absolutely not be back. I am still horrified...

We had Birthday party at this location from 11.30 to 13.00 with set up time starting at 11.00. We didn't get any pleasure, only stress. I know that our guests are always late. That's why I told them to come at 11.00 knowing that they will arrive by 11.15 - 11.30. The problem was that someone replied over the phone that the guests are not allowed during the set up time. I just imagined the picture - people will come at 11.15 and they will not be allowed to come inside. That's why later I told them to come at 11.30. As the result everyone came at 12.00. And everything was in a rush. No pleasure at all. I was just running between the people. Later I figured out that it is ok if the children are playing during the set up time. There is no good coordination.

Anyway, it was our first and the last time in this location.

The only advantage is the location is very clean. Probably, playtime should be fine there, but I don't recommend to have any birthday...
