My significant other and our friends came to this establishment to eat. We where here for a total of 10mins we received a hello when we entered and the front manger took us to our table we did not receive any help after this point. We grabbed plates and decided to try food when we sat to eat realized that we did not like any of the food at this establishment. The drinks was water down and the food was had little to no flavor We decided that we wanted to leave. We waited for our waitress to bring the bill but she never did so we decided to go to the front and discuss with the manager. When we got to the front the manager just said have a good day (not checking if we paid our bill or not). We stopped and told him that we wanted to discuss our bill because we where not satisfied with our service or food. He asked me to take him to the table. I was under the impression that he wanted to see if we actually act our food or not (which I had no problem with) as I was leading him to our table his employee our waitress (that we did not see the entire time) came running handing him the bill. When we reached the table he proceeded to speak to me in a stern rude manner stating “THIS IS ALOT OF FOOD THIS IS A BUSINESS WHAT IF EVERYONE DID WHAT YOU ARE DOING YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR BILL THIS IS A BUSINESS” I said sir I never tried to not pay my bill I was never given service or a bill. He then went on to say “THAT I CANNOT WALK OUT ON MY BILL” I said again I was not trying to walk out on my bill that’s what I came to the front to discuss. When we walked back to the front 5 employees followed him one young women in a pink jacket held a cell phone I assume to call the police and they all gathered around us as we try to explain what we were saying once again. My friend then became irritated and stated “first let’s get this understood I was not trying to walk out on the bill if I was why would I have stopped in the front I received no service this entire time I came to discuss with you because we did not like the food” he then said he will give us a 10% off and we decided to just pay and leave because we did not like the way we were being treated and or approach by the employees at the restaurant. If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. I do give the manager a star for finally resolving the issue but next time don’t just assume or profile based on appearance DO BETTER AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE U SPEAK !!! also provide adequate service...
Read moreI had made reservations a week before June 2nd 2025 for a group of 20-30 persons on my son's graduation day. The lady Carlin i think was the manager that day. I walked in a week before that day, spoke with this lady and asked the food prices and she told me it was $14.99 for adults and $10.99 for a child 2years up since it was on a Monday. Cool I replied. To my greatest surprise, the same lady Carlin was there on June 2nd, now instead of 30 persons, more people showed up which was okay. Do you know, instead of charging 14.99 per adult they charge 19.99 person?, then 14.99 for children. I debated with them with the price because that was not our initial agreement. They were not understanding, hmmm language barrier was a big issue here . All they said was it is dinner , dinner is 19.99 but i was never informed. Instead, she told me weekend is 19.99 and during the week is 14.99 per person and that was the only reason why i took the family over there. I requested to speak with the CEO and she said the person wasn't around and I finally paid $$ 1700 +. Their tips was like 284 dollars because is 15%. Ridiculous!! I felt like this restaurant betrayed me by changing the prices of food per person. They were not straightforward from the beginning. Read moreThis is the best Chinese buffet in town. It’s my husbands most recent favorite and we’ve been consistently going for 2 years now, since I introduced him to it. We had a bad experience this last time and tried to tell the people at the front desk when leaving and all the man could say was “she didn’t understand you.” “It was just a misunderstanding” however the waitress clearly was upset and ready to go home. I usually don’t drink my water until I’m done eating and I asked the lady for an empty cup to-go so I can pour my ice water in it and she said no. She said, “I can take your cup and go do it for you.” I said no thank you you can just bring the cup and I’ll pour my water in it. She said, no, “we have to take it back there and I do it for you.” I said no ma’am I ask for a cup all the time and there’s never been a problem from anybody else who has served me. Sometimes people take it and put other things inside. I said you can watch me pour it in she said no. She Gave me an attitude and stomped off when I asked again. She went and got me the cup with anger and brought it to me and tried to pour it in but I didn’t need any help.
