You guys are steady saying you are sorry for the customers experience, yet do absolutely nothing about it. This location is right by my house but i think I will just have to drive farther because the food here is NEVER HOT! I went in yesterday as i stopped going , but decided to get kfc because i hadn't had in a while. I order the box that used to be $5 and some change but now is 6 or $7. I am always skeptical because i habe never seen fresh chicken being fried at either times of the day. I asked the lady for fresh chicken, she said it is fresh and tjen proceeds to get the chicken out of the tray with the glass enclosed around it. I give her the side order and she prepares the rest of the order. The fountain machine is totally disgusting. You can literally see mold but i cant tell whether its inside the ice opening or the outside so skip ice... i get home the chicken is as cold as it can be. I felt the box while there but it wasn't hot, i left. Got home the chicken is stale, no juicyness to it at all and the bone was dark brown. Fresh chicken doesn't look like that. Masjed potatoes with gravy taste like out of the box. What they do is reheat and/or cook early in the morning, the chicken sits on the warming rack ALL DAY LONG and you can tell because the chicken be dry the skin is either sweated and wiltered or crumbly. HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS??!!! ARE YOU DOING ANYTHING FOR QUALITY CONTROL??!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! Couldn't eat when I got it home because it was just so dry! I called the customer service number and the agent named Jasmine sent us a voucher for a replacement pot pie. I had no way of sending these pictures to the corporate office, so I am putting here hoping someone sees them. I look forward to enjoying KFC again really soon, but at a different location. I also should mention that I had to wait a bit before they even came to the speaker to take the order and I noticed the car in front us was asked to wait on the side. Read moreI had ordered from the mobile app, drove 15 minutes to the location. Reaching the location and heading through the doors, I saw that several employees were on their phone. They had given me a meal and told me everything should be in the bag. I trusted their judgement and proceeded to leave. Upon leaving, I thought to myself, "I should check what's in the bag". Only one meal was in it when I ordered several. I went back in, and they had told me "They just realized I gotten the wrong order". I understand that people make mistakes, but I don't appreciate that they premade everything. I had ended up waiting another 10 minutes while they sorted their order system.
