Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I ordered from this location before and they had gotten my order wrong incorrect so I asked them nicely if they could remake it for me and the lady had an attitude with me and started talking in Spanish to the other employees which made me not want the pizza anymore but they made me pay in advance so I couldn't get my money back so I left. So today i saw different people so i assumed it would be a different experience so I proceeded to order my pizza but this time I asked to pay after I checked the pizza in the lady(manager) said I couldn't and either pay 1st or leave then she ignored me and started taking the order of another customer so i left and ordered the pizza( extra most bestest stuff crust pizza with light sauce) over the phone. When I came back to get the she got an attitude with me and just slid the pizza to me and told me to pay. When I checked the pizza it had extra sauce on it so I told her I ordered light sauce so she looked at it and lied and told me that it was light sauce and I can take it or leave it. I was so insulted with the lack of customer service that i asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was and she repeated to tell me take the pizza or leave so i asked for the corporate number and her name and she refused to give it to me because she said that i was going to try and get her fired. I am very disappointed I got two large pizzas & large drink and a dipping sauce. Jorge B was my cashier Thursday October 31st at 10:42. I ordered what my usual is. I asked him how much was it for a large drink he said $2.39. So I order a large drink with my order. Not only did I had to repeat my order three times. He still didn't get it. So he gave me my total and then I go to the window to give him $14.42 then he says it's $10.83. I'm like are you sure he says oh no its $14.48. So come on get it together. I give him $15.48, he closes the window after he gives me the two pizzas only. I'm honking and finally I went reverse to ask hello where's my soda and sauce. He's like I'm sorry blah blah blah. I get home to find out he didn't even give me my dollar back. And I look at my receipt I was charge for 2 large drinks for total of $2.79 instead of $2.39. My fiance amd I Went in to this location to purchase my family's dinner and waited my allotted 20 mins in our vehicle with our children.once my fiancé returned yo our vehicle we drove home located@dairy Ashford and Richmond, once inside our home my children opened the boxes first followed by my spouse nd I,who bit the pizza and spit it out do to one of the 2 pizzas and Italian cheesy bread and breadstixs purchased was old and cold! I immediately called this location requesting to speak with a manager when the sales rep who answered the phone refused to give his name ,to be followed by a person receiving the call saying hello with no greeting nor name when I asked for a name she refuse to give one when I informed here of the situation she followed by asking me what i wanted her to do about it....after a return trip of 10 minutes and another 20minute wait for a fresh pizza ,will not be eating here again #horrible...
