Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Sugar Land

On Wendnesday November 22nd 2023 our family came to eat here, and I would like to say the food was delicious, and the servers by the name of Mr.Salvador and Ms.Favor provided us with excellent customer service. The both of them went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The manger made it by our table to make sure that everything was ok as well. I give this location 5 stars for our overall experience.The atmosphere was beautiful and our family really liked the setup. Thank you!!👍🏽

On today June 19,2024 our family came to dine at this location to eat. Every time we have come, the food has been delicious, and the service has always been top notch.👍🏽 Our server today Mr.Jay was phenomenal!!! He had the right personality, and the right attitude when it comes to serving us as the guests with excellence. He was very attentive to all our needs, and never stopped until we were ready to leave. Mr. Jay is a server that deserves to be recognized by management for going above and beyond, to making sure that we as the guests have a great experience. The manager on staff, was very kind, by coming by our table to make sure that everything was ok as well. Every time we come, management does a great job following up the guest, to make sure everything is going ok. We give 5 stars to our server and management.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today on October 14, 2024 me and the wife came to this location to eat, and the food has always been delicious, atmosphere is nice, and the service of the staff has always been phenomenal. Our server Steve was phenomenal, and provided us with excellent service! None of our needs went unmet. The hospitality that was shown to us by Steve, was one that you can truly appreciate. If you want to receive service that is above and beyond, ask for Steve as your server. We give 5 stars to our server Steve.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On May 29 2025 me and my family had come to dine in at this location. We was served by our waiter Mr.Michael Ramarez and also assisted by Mr.Isiah. Mr.Michael was a phenomenal server, kind and very attentive to our needs. He provided us with service that was above and beyond. Mr. Isiah was phenomenal and gave us excellent service as well. I'm bringing my daughter home from surgery, she wants 2 chicken & Onoocch soups and breadsticks. I call and place the order. Upon arrival I enter the restaurant. The To-Go person is on the phone taking an order, but I observe 5 servers standing within 5 feet of me visiting, texting, and on cell phones. No one ever welcomed me into the Restaurant or acknowledged my presence After waiting approximately 10 minutes I ask if one of them could get my order they responded no (with no explanation) I started saying this is a total disgrace and lack of customer service to say the least. Then manager, Malik appears and explains that the servers can not get to-go orders. I then asked him can the say, Welcome to Olive Garden, someone will be with you in a minute? He became upset with me and said, you don't have to,say that, I'll get your order. While I was waiting on my order, another customer came in. She looked at me and said no one's acknowledge me and there's 5 young ladies standing over there. By that time Malik brings my order, I tell him the servers needs training, they have no customer service experience. I proceed to leave, the 5 servers said, Bye, have a good day (sarcastic) so I tell Malik they are being funny, they haven't acknowledged me since I arrived and I tell the 5 servers the same. Malik approaches me in a hostile manner *close enough to be in my comfort zone) and yells at me to get out of "his" restaurant talking to "his" servers like that. I told him no problem, I've been put out of better places. By the time I reached home and got my daughter settled in. I called the,restaurant and described the manger indicating what he was wearing and was told his name was Malik. The customer complaints number closed at 4 pm EST.. The bread provided with my daughter's soup was so hard. I've eaten at other Olive Garden locations and know that that bread wasn't made today. Just a bad...

This is my 3rd time visiting this location and OMG! The service was horrible this time. Wen we got there the host was texting and she didn’t not look at us or welcome us at all so we wait there for 2/3 minutes before she call the other lady to walk us to the table ( and we were the only people waiting they were not busy at all) wen we got to the table we wait for the waitress for minimum 10 minutes we were ready to order so we ordered she bring the salad no cheese so I asked she wen to get the cheese that took her another 10 minutes. My drink was a tea she said they were making the tea and bread so to be exact they took 28 minutes to bring the bread and then I decide to ask for my tea and she looks at me and said I’m going to get it right now I forgot later they bring the food by this time my son was already tired so we ordered dessert to go but let’s point out I order dessert wen they bring the for we finish and wait for 20 minutes more and the dessert was not ready so I called the waitress and Asked how more time this was going to take my son was already so tired and ready to go so I was like forget about the dessert if is not ready she came right back with the dessert was cold already she forgot again she being the same container on her and she looked at me and asked you ned a bag I can go get it for you. This is so upsetting I don’t know what change at that place but is bad and let’s note that everybody was looking around cuz nobody was being helped. I hope they change the management or something I’m definitely not going back to...
