WORST PIZZA HUT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this store a few weeks ago I ordered pizza on my way home from work and when I got to the store the doers were locked and no one was in the front I was standing there knocking, calling the store and trying to get someone’s attention for about 10 minutes I could see the employees in the back sitting down and chit chatting finally someone came around and waved for me to come which I yelled that the doors were locked she then came and opened the doors fixing apologize for me standing there so long then tonight just topped the cake my husband ordered the new pizza that is being promoted on tv right now when he got home he realized they gave him the wrong pizza and the pizza looked nothing like the one on tv so he called to complain was rudely spoken to by the lady who answered the phone she always has an attitude when you call or come in like it’s a bother for her, so my husband went up there to return the pizza and get his money back and pay for a new order when there were several other customers complaining about their pizza a man ordered a heart pizza and it didn’t look like a heart which the manager Christopher told him sorry but he didn’t know how to make that pizza 😒 so my husband asked if that’s what happened with our pizza to which the manager started getting loud with my husband and the other customer and told both my husband and the other gentleman that if they didn’t like it then they could get the fuxk out of his Fuxking store... I am beyond disgusted by the treatment this manager gave to my husband and the other customers... I’ve never been so disgusted by management than I am this evening.. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning and I’ll keep complaining until that store and the management is fixed so no other family has to endure that kind of verbal abuse from customer...
Read moreWorst dining experience of my life. I placed an order online for one large pizza for delivery at 11:24 AM on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. After waiting exactly 45 minutes and seeing no update to the online delivery tracker, I called the store, and was answered by a call center operator who told me my estimated delivery time was up to 90 minutes, and offered to transfer me to the store for an updated estimate. Once I was transferred, nobody answered the phone. I decided to wait it out and give them the full window before bothering them more. At the 1 hour and 50 minute mark, my girlfriend called the store to complain about the timing and was told the delivery driver was being sent immediately with the order. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called the store, and was reassured the pizza was being delivered, and was hung up on in the middle of trying to request a refund, as the store location is only a 7 minute drive from my apartment, according to google maps. My girlfriend, having waited over an hour to take her lunch break from work, could not wait any longer, and drove from her job, a similar distance as the apartment, to the store. When she arrived at the store, the order was still sitting in the back, and there were items in the order that could not be filled because they were unavailable. I need to be refunded for the 4 pack of Pepsi that was not available, and the delivery fee, and delivery tip that was paid for up front. My food was not delivered, and therefore I refuse to pay a delivery fee and tip to a driver that never even took the order out of the building after 2+...
Read moreFirst and last time ordering pizza and spending my money at this Pizza Hut! I bought a pizza yesterday, June 13, and while eating it, I found a piece of plastic on my crust. I took it off and continued to eat the pizza to find another piece of plastic in the bread. I called Pizza Hut to let them know I found pieces of plastic in my pizza to get told that they don’t have plastic there. Isn’t plastic what they keep the dough in? Anyway, she goes on to ask how many pieces of pizza I’ve eaten and after going back and forth with the lady who answered the phone for about 10 min, she agrees to send another pizza right before hanging up in my face. I wait an hour for the next pizza to come and while sitting down eating that, I find a piece of hair in the meat. I call back and ask to speak to the manager and that same lady says she is the manager. I explain to her that one pizza was returned for having plastic and the other has hair (This time I took a pic of the hair in the pizza). I requested a refund and was guaranteed a refund. Well no refund was given. Instead, I had to call back when I got off from work to be told that I’d get a $5 refund and only if the pizza was brought back.
After spending $30 at this Pizza Hut, wasting the 30 min of lunch I’m allowed at work, and having inedible objects in my food, I feel I am owed a full refund. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.
