Complaint - My family and I ordered curbside pickup on Sunday, 10/3/21 at 7:15pm. The order was to be ready by 7:30pm. We packed the car and checked in through the app on time. We called the store for an update on our order after a few minutes after the pick up time had passed and they sounded like they didn't know what order was pending for curbside, but then later said they were still working on it. So we waited and waited and it was 7:45pm by the time I had to walk into the store, since no one had come out to give us our food or told us anything. I spoke to the front counter lady and she seemed to not know what was going on. She went to the back to ask and came back to the front and did not say anything. I asked what was going on with the order. She said they were still working on it and they had a lot of orders (which to be honest was false, there was barely anyone in the dining area and the drive thru was not packed). So then the managers comes and she starts putting together my order finally. I asked the lady in the front if I may speak to her manager. The manager who came to speak with me was the one who was putting together my order. I explained to her that we had been waiting over 20 minutes for our order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30pm. All she could say was sorry and that they were busy. I asked if there was another manager or someone above her I can speak to and she said no, only her. I asked for her name, she said it was "Grace". I also asked if there was anything she could do for me since it was 7:50pm by the time our order was ready, which was supposed to have been done by 7:30pm. She offered me a free drink, which I declined and said "That's it?" and she responded with "Yes". I said thank you and left with the order. Again the managers name was Grace. She claimed to have been the only manager there and also claimed that no one else there was above her. I believe the service we received on 10/3/21 to have been inadequate and unprofessional. Grace did not handle the situation to the best she could have. This service is not up to Raising Cane's standards. I hope to hear back from someone about this unacceptable service from Grace and her staff. Also, the store is #556, "Sweet Action", at 1529 Highway 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478. Again the managers...

Semi-Medium Size (Place) Good Chicken Tenders Variety: Chicken! Prices ( $6.50 - $11.00 ) = Atmosphere =
Clean interior with a crispy scent of chicken fingers. The place usually has room for a few groups and is never too crowded, even during rush hour! Ambience is calm with a little bit of noise from other tables, but it's very minimal and not a big deal. = Food Quality =
--- The Box Combo ($7.29): 4/5 --- Definitely the best combo here, there's enough food to fill you up, and has a good price to match. The chicken tenders have an amazing texture, super crispy while being supremely easy to bite down. Not to mention, the variety is here also, coleslaw, fries, and a nice toast to finish off the excellent meal!
--- The Caniac Combo ($10.99): 3/5 --- Almost the same as the Box Combo, except it's $4 more for 2 chicken tenders and an extra sauce, which is not worth in my opinion as you'll be too full with $4 less in your pocket. I would only get this combo if you're going to share with a friend, or you are just starving to the brink of extinction, not kidding! = Price / Service =
Service is pretty good here, kind employees that I'm sure take good care of their customers.
Prices are fair as well, it's as much as Chick Fil' A, but way more filling in my opinion. Miscellaneous (Other): Share the Caniac Combo Nice and Clean Restroom
