This Cold Stone is crap. I am in search of another in my area. Iâve been here 5 times already and the last few times they tried to tell me I couldnt get exactly what I wanted. The first two times they let me order what I wanted without a problem. Now all of a sudden the française wonât allow any substitutions. I went today and they totally ignored me which is very rude and uncultured. Even if your English is not good, it is a good idea to have a proficient English speaker if not just to deal with your English speaking customers after all. Read the room. You are in America and most of the people here speaks English. What I know is, whatever I spend my money on, I want it exactly how I like it not how someone else wants it. My question is, why the switch up? Why cant you do what the last two guys did and charge me extra. Iâm frustrated with the lack of customer service and all these monetary vampires that cares nothing about your wants and needs. It seems like all they want is to rape you of your finances without giving you something in return.

   Read moreThe ice cream is mid okay at best, they don't take time to prepare your order and are extremely stingy with the quantity for toppings. I will also add that their sanitation is poor. I had to ask for them to put gloves on while preparing my order which should be something already in practice. At checkout when I want to use my rewards they bypass them as soon as I put my number in, showing me they only care about the money. There should be care and respect place into an order.
