Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Sullivan

This was the worst Imo's we have ever ordered from. My husband called to have a pizza delivered and the lady Ashley who took the order asked for the address 3 times and put the information on receipt but put it as a pick up after she got the address for delivery. Ashley told my husband it would be 25 to an hour for the delivery, after an hour and 15 minutes I called and they delivered a dried up pizza that had been sitting there for over 45 minutes. My husband called and they said it was put as pick up....by there worker Ashley, even though it was her mistake and she had our address. Steve drove the nasty pizza up there and they called the cops because he was complaining about the pizza and should have given our money back or remade the pizza. The manager was rude and should of taken care of this and she didn't. Never eat at...

Honestly it kills me to give this imo's one star, as it used to be my go to pizza place. I've been eating here for about 6 years and the last year and a half the quality of their pizzas has gotten so bad that I haven't been visiting very often.

I ordered pizzas after a long break thinking they may have improved but this last time will really be the last time. They were terrible. Very skimpy on the toppings and almost no cheese made them them the worst imo's that I've ever eaten in my life. Not only that but the crust was overdone so I ended up with a wafer thin no topping no cheese burnt tasting cracker of a pizza.

They charge a high price so I expect a good pizza. I'm so disappointed I feel like calling and asking for...

My wife and I stopped by your location on father's day for lunch. I ordered a Imos special. My wife had mostaccioli. our food was brought to our table. I was given a Roast beef sandwich, Not what I ordered. So I returned the sandwich, they then bought out the correct sandwich. The person that ordered the roast beef sandwich was standing then watching , he walked up to the counter and your employee handed him the sandwich I sent back Thank God he told them that was the sandwich I sent back and will not take that sandwich.
