First time to eat here and tried to order online only to find out you can't customize. Went in and asked to build my own and was told you can't do that but you could modify an existing sandwich. Whatever. I asked for cheddar cheese and was told they don't carry that, only provolone and shredded parmesan...for a sandwich place. The girl that started my sandwich cut bread before I could say I wanted it lettuce wrapped because of a gluten allergy and then didn't change her gloves. My family use to order all of the time. Delivery was fast and friendly. But we never and I mean never get what we order. We haven’t ordered in over a year and decided to order. Hopeful we would get what we ordered. Nope once again a let down. Was told we will remake it and send it out. I have always loved Jimmy John's and was super excited to have them build close to my home in Sullivan. They are fast and friendly, as expected.
