McDonald's — Restaurant in Sullivan

As a Sullivan resident for over twenty years now I can say without a doubt this McDonald's has really gone downhill the last couple years. Constant mixed up and messed up orders. Managers have attitudes when you finally call after multiple issues you let slide. I'm usually not the one to call or even give a bad review but this needs to stop. My breakfast sandwich ftr came with tomatoes and while I understand some may like it what if I had an allergy to it? Have never gotten a sandwich I had special made come without the extra little tag showing that. Idk how or who it got past but I ended up with someone else's sandwich supposedly as manager said they had just remade that for someone. Maybe, but they had to wait twenty minutes at least then as I had to do quite a bit after I finally got home before could even start eating. Was also two bites in before I noticed/tasted the tomatoes. I can believe it as i waited over thirty minutes one day as while parked MY food I ordered was given to a different car which of course drove off bc I had ordered a lot that day. I didn't complain nor review like I said and it happens. Thing is it's happening a lot now. Really need to tighten up the ship there bc there are some really good and great people working there but it's obvious some need to go. This is by far the BEST McDonald's we have ever been to. We drive through Sullivan weekly going to our camper. We absolutely have to stop on our way home every Sunday. We have been doing this for 5 years now, so we have probably had close to 75 to 100 visits. Let's start with the fries: we have only once, gotten fries that were sub-par. Every other time, they have been hot and fresh and the PERFECT amount of salt. Now let's go to the staff. No matter how young or old, every employee is well trained and over and beyond friendly. It's seriously like receiving my meal in a bag from a great friend. Let's talk about their burgers and circle back around to "meal in a bag". Their burgers are cooked to protection and taste way WAY better than any McDonald's than we have ever been to. I don't want to get them in trouble because I don't want them to change a thing, but these burgers taste as if they have been cooked with season and love. Like my dad cooked them in the back yard or something. So if corporate is reading this, Sullivan McDonald's is hands down the best one you guys have. If you want a new business model, please go see what they are doing because it is RIGHT ON POINT!! I feel every new restaurant opened should have their managers work at that store for a few weeks before grand opening. I understand that the staff has to speak a little loudly to each other in order to hear over the noise of the kitchen, BUT this is ridiculous! Geez, I'm sitting in the back of restaurant, as far from front as possible, and I can hear the workers YELLING at each other; I need a chicken! A fish fillet! And a women hollering Ugh!! Every few! I'm pretty sure one is the manager! I stopped to eat peacefully, while I tried to get a little school work done using the WiFi. I know its not a library, and I can work through regular buzz of talking, but the YELLING is so districting! Oh, and did I mention, they are not even busy!. I'm one of about five inside & drive thru is slow. No excuse to be so loud. Even if I wasn't trying to work, I'd be upset. I hardly ever write reviews, I have better things to do with my time, but I thought I'd waste my time, since I can't concentrate on my work, bringing this to your attention so you can work on not being so annoyingly and unnecessarily loud, so other customers can actually enjoy themselves when they come in, rather than get a headache!
