Worst experience ever! At 9:45 PM, we arrived. Before taking my elderly parents, Handicapped brother in law, my children, husband, and sister in law out of the vehicle, I came into the dining area and asked if dining was open. The gentleman in the back, who I can only assume was the cook, told me dinning was open. With this information, I proceed to let my family know and bring everyone off the van. We have been traveling for 18+hrs traveling back home. This is why we preferred to dine if possible. After I placed my order and paid, and while my sister in law placed her order, whom I can only assume is the night shift manager, tells us that the lobby closes at 10. I inform her the gentleman in the back tells me dining is open, we were in before 10 and orders placed before then, if we can still dine in. Once again, I was told YES. While waiting on our food to be prepared, after we have sat down with our drinks, the manager starts turning off the dining area lights. I asked her why she was turning off the lights if we were allowed to eat in the dining area. She tells me they close at 10. I explain to her again, the gentleman in the back said dinning was open and she approved for us to eat in area. Why was she turning off the lights, that it was rude. She said we'll dining closes at 10. I am locking the doors and I left these running lights on. These running lights were DIM lights. I explained to her again, I asked, I was told, I went through this at another location but their location it was 730 PM, and in another state, she approved us to dine in. If they all would have been up front, I could of not taken my elderly parents, Handicapped brother and children out of the van, would of took it togo or chose to dine else where. I let her no there is no sign of hours. She then proceeds to tell me "Well the online hours are incorrect as well, I can't do anything about that". She then tells me she will turn back on the light but "We are not staying long". I went to check online and it says dining closes at 11 PM. At the end, we sat, we ate, and even with them "cleaning" the kitchen, I told my family to eat and enjoy, do not rush, they have...
Read moreLastnight the cashier (older thin lady with no teeth) was friendly and professional. The weird thing was both my mom and my wife said a female employee was camped out sitting in the ladies room on the floor on her cellphone. She told my mom she was pretty, but she got too close and made her uncomfortable. My wife said when she went in, the employee reacted as if she startled her. After my wife flushed she noticed the employee hunched over the sink on her phone. She asked her to move, and she obliged, but barely stepped aside. Although my wife was uncomfortable, she began to wash her hands. The employee got closer and asked if her apple watch was waterproof. My wife told her she wasn't sure. The employee told her she got water on it, and that she liked her hoodie. I can kinda look at this as someone with a possible mental illness that was simply being friendly. What I can't fathom is the assumption that the other female employees don't know she camps out in the restroom like that. It's seems routine the way it happened. I could even be wrong about this being an employee.I doubt it, because she walked out the restroom and walked behind the counter and asked the cashier if she was struggling(she was). More stuff happened in the lobby that made us just wanna go, but the main concern someone who prepares food, actually sitting in the restroom on the floor. SHE DID "NOT" TOUCH OUR FOOD,for the record, but she should not sit on the restroom floor and walk behind the counter. How can future customers trust that she doesn't walk right in and began to...
Read moreAs I slowly encroach becoming a Wendy's savant, I stumble upon this magnificent location. It could very well be its lackluster coordinates in relation to the surrounding concrete automobile pathing, but there were very few patrons in this establishment. That being said, it should not be associated with a lack of quality or service, let alone price. In these important matters, Wendy herself would be quite proud, perhaps jealous even. Our food, while a relatively simple order, was fulfilled with great detail, following any directions I gave to the minute of details. To pair with this exemplary service, the fine young lady behind the counter gave us a bonus sauce and napkins, something often overlooked in less valuable establishments. My sweet icy treat, skillfully crafted and named "The Frosty", was bursting at its seams; none of that filler substance most know as air to be seen by my trembling eye.
All in all, do not allow, nor even entertain, the idea that the lack of patronage merits a blame on the service or deliciousness of the food. Rather allow this wonderfully enchanting burger bar to serve you a meal you can not, nor...
