Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

I used to go to this location every Thursday night after a long day at work or at the gym. In May I went to this location around 9:15/9:30 & had an awful experience. Usually, whenever I go the customer service is superb! Unfortunately, this evening was awful. The customer service couldn't careless about me in the driveway and the food I received was cold, stale and I thought I was eating croutons when I was eating the fries because they were so hard.

I sent the Sulphur Springs Chick Fil A Facebook a message, and the owner was kind of enough to send me a message back and offered to pay for my next meal. He told me to download the app and he would put money in the app for me. That never happened. I rarely ever post negative experiences, because I understand that it is so challenging to find anyone to work these days, and as an educator I am constantly giving grace, and the benefit of the doubt. After I never received anything on the app, I called Chick Fil A corporate and they said that at some point someone from the management team would get in contact with me. That never happened.

Last week I went back to the same location and again, my food was stone cold and the customer service was lackluster. So this will be my second Google Review I have ever given. Since the owner was dishonest with me and Chick Fil A never reached back out to me, I am going to make my grievances with this location known. I am an educator in the area and whenever they ask me what is good to eat in Sulphur Springs I used to say Chick Fil A right off Shannon Road in Sulphur Springs. Now I warn all the educators I know in the area, this is NOT the place to go for Hot Food or Great Customer...

What can i say?... Me and my husband went around 7:30 tonight and the line was out the door...when i got to the register...(10 minute wait) i told the cashier 3 times I wanted both of our meals large... Then she proceeded to ask if i wanted a medium...so we find a seat...(It's a big building, but the placement of the seating areas are bad) and they bring our food....as soon as they set the food down, "can we get you guys a refill or anything else?" We JUST sat down... We're good. Went to check the food....his was wrong...he got the 12 pc nugget meal...they gave him tenders...so i went back up there and told them...so she handed me another box....with TENDERS AGAIN.... HE DOES NOT EAT TENDERS. 3rd time....i said to check to make sure it was the nuggets this time, i mean, it wasn't her fault, and she's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars (thank you Katie for helping). And don't get me started on the parking lot... They made the lines straight....where it's easy to hit another car...they should have made the lines diagonal so it'd be easier to get in and out. Overall.... Not very good customer service..(besides Katie)...the waitresses couldn't find whose food went to which customer...and it was very cramped. The only thing that was good was the...

A year ago I came here and this was my review…This drive thru experience isn’t like the other locations…. And I dislike when the cheese is all on the food packaging… and the fries were disgusting.

Today, for some odd reason I thought it would be different considering it has been over a year. Let me tell y’all about this second time. I got a spicy cool wrap meal with the new peach shack and Bae got the chicken strip meal with the sun joy. Mind you the menu selection is not that broad so of course we both have had the menu option before… it is extremely hard for this location to get it right. We ordered via “mobile-thru” that took longer than just ordering normally… the fries were cold and very few….the wrap was not the normal portion size and funny tasting… the sunjoy was made with the wrong tea, and they included no sauce for the strips so we had to get out of our car to get sauce trying to not hold of the line and the outside attendant bringing the food wasn’t that attentive to notice us waving him down. I will end this on a good note and say that the strips were everything we expected!… nice, warm, and tasty! Do better at the location for other people because I will never spend another dollar and most of all waste any more of my time at...
