2 weeks ago I went to Burger King about 9 at night to pick up chicken nuggets for a variety of people. As I was ordering there was one car ahead of me but by the time I pulled up to the window it was gone and as I was waiting for my order there was one truck behind me placing his order but other than that there were no other customers in sight. My order was very simple... 7 orders of 10 nuggets each. So, when I got to the window... I asked the young guy that handed me my nuggets for a variety of sauces... since I didn't know what kinds of sauces the people wanted that I was placing the order for. If they had been for me... I would have known what kind of sauce I wanted but I figured since Burger King only has five sauces that I could get a variety of sauces. As the young guy was trying to comply with my request... the older woman behind him said... Can I help you? and I said... yes, I would like a variety of sauces... and she said... Burger King doesn't do that! And I said... I just ordered 70 nuggets. I would think that would entitle me to a variety of sauces... so she started gathering sauces and angrily threw them on the counter. The young guy was trying to hand them to me with his hands cupped and I said... May I have a bag please? so I wouldn't spill the sauces. And he put them in the bag and handed them to me... very nicely... and as I was driving off I heard the window slam shut so hard... I thought it was going to break... and I didn't have to look back to know that it wasn't the young guy that had slammed it. So, maybe Burger King needs to rethink their policy if they can't give a variety of sauces for 70 nuggets... or, maybe this woman needs to look for...
Read moreThey were friendly, my order was ready on time, it was a clean store inside and out, the food was good, and the food was also free. I give absolutely honest reviews , sometimes brutally. I had absolutely nothing bad to say at all. I'm impressed. Thank you for taking pride in how you keep your store, how you run it. And the employees that you choose to hire which gives an equal GOOD reflection of everything there. The manager is doing a great job. Too many fast food places are not good on all levels. Horrible even. Restaurants too. They hire anyone and hire people that don't reflect the image they're trying to convey to the world. Their employees don't fit their branding because they're rude, lazy and treat people inhumane just to be mean. It's a disgrace. I'm proud to see that some people take their jobs seriously and are not slacking in their job or finding reasons to abuse their power to mistreat people. I am thankful. I walked about 3 miles to get my food It was hot but the experience was worth it even though I took my food to go. I got a crispy onion whopper and cheese tots. First time eating both and they were good. Thank you for being decent just because. Even when you don't know people are watching. Too many people just are not nice people and enjoy purposeful oppression. It was a breath of fresh...
Read moreIf there are no cars in the drive thru and only one patron in the store, why does it take 15 minutes to make 3 Spiderverse whopper combos and one eight piece nugget? Also, why is the food luke warm after waiting 15 minutes? If I hadn't paid already and received my drinks before they asked me to pull forward, I would have canceled my drive thru order and left. The best part...I had to go inside because they didn't give me my nuggets or ketchup. When I get inside part of the staff is hanging out near the restrooms engaged in private conversations; the others were working.
The food was good, but it wasn't hot. The restaurant was clean. The staff was courteous. I don't expect a lot from fast food, but I expect more than I received at...
