McDonald's — Restaurant in Sumter

I placed my order on a kiosk. Even rounded you order up for the a donation. The kiosk didn't print a receipt. We sat down with our table number and waited. After about 15 mins I went and asked about my order. They could not see that I placed an order. I showed the employee my order on my credit card. She wrote my order down and I had a seat. After 10 minutes they informed me that my order was pending on my credit card, as is does every time I use it at Mcdonalds, and sense the kiosk had not printed me a receipt out I had to wait until my card stop pending. I explained to them that it could take 2 to 3 business days. They said there was nothing they could. So a billion dollar company wouldn't give me $14 worth of food over a pending charge that I showed them on my phone that the purchase was made. I am highly...

Today was the worst experience i ever had at this McDonald's on laffeyette..... I go here everyday practically and spend alot of money .... I went in with my own cup to get a cup of ice water so the manger leaves her register to tell me no outside cups in there which is fine but then i asked for a cup so i can get a cup which she was right next too but wouldn't give me one said she has to go to the back so she started making fries ... so i asked another lady for a cup she said the lady went in the back ...... So she was going to give me faucet water ....i just ordered food also for my husband after he received his food i just left ..... I never had that kind of service over just wanting a cup of...

I just now at 7:50am on Feb 6th 2016 got an egg mcmuffin and a large sweet tea. Got to school and too a huge drink of the sweet tea and it immediately started to burn my mouth, not a hot burn, a chemical burn! I had to ran and spit it out because of the incredible sour taste! I've never had such bad sweet tea before. The egg mcmuffin was ok but it was very sloppy cheese all over the wrapping like the completely missed the sandwich. The tea was the worst worst part though. Mad me sick to my stomach and when I went to pour it out it stunk like it was moldy and had been sitting for days! Please spare yourself and just buy a bottle of water so you know it's at...
