Drive thru attendant was in a hurry, tried giving us our total b4 we even finished our order. Then when we got our order, the sliders I ordered, I didn't know came in a half opened box. So the 4 napkins we got had sauce all over them. And the container the fries come in fit right inside the sliders box. So my sandwich was crushed and had sauce and cheese all over it. Didn't see it, and got it on me and the inside of my car. Went to get the napkins and found out they had sauce on them as I started to wipe my pants off. Not real F'n happy. Wifes Ruben was ok. the bread was supposed to be toasted. If it was, it must have been sitting a while, cause it was semi soggy. Either way. Very disappointed. I know it's fast food, it was fast. ALSO BEHIND THE CASHER'S COUNTER WAS POSITIVE & UPBEAT CONVERS, THEM EMPLOYEES WAS IN SYNC. WE ORDERED THE 2 BEEF'N CHEDDAR SANDWICHES $6, 1 MED SMOKED BRISKET SANDWICH/MEAL WITH MEDIUM SODA & FRY $10.19. WE SPLITTED THE FRIES & SODA. This Arby's is now the closest to our home, now that the one on Madison closed, so we barely get dinner from Arby's anymore. It's about 15 minutes to get there, and the same back, and with gas prices the way they are?
So when the trip is that far, getting the order right the first time, especially when it's not a small one, is extra important. I got home to discover that, indeed, the order was incorrect: they completely forgot one Wagyu Burger. Calling them, at first they didn't believe me until they discovered, left in their "hotspot", one Wagyu Burger.
So back I went. They handed the replacement out the window with no apology. I get home to discover that the Wagyu Burger they DID out in the original order was overcooked.
I am not going back out...
