Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

July 3rd 2025. This location seems to have really gone downhill since I worked here quite honestly. Ordered online almost an hour ahead of time. Walked in 3 mins before my order was supposed to be completed. They had FOUR workers in the back!! When I worked there, after 7pm, there would be just myself and a shift lead – onlines were never late. And people in store were never kept waiting for more than 5 minutes for a sub. Their grill person seemed to be really slow. The way they wrapped and bagged the food just looked terrible honestly. I would've gotten told off if I ever did it like that. Employees yelling to eachother about the water for the dishes in the back - which looked messy. Never left a review before but had to about our visit to Jersey Mikes in Sun prairie over the weekend. This is the first time we have been out to eat since my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. It's not just about ordering gluten free, cross-contamination is a huge issue. Talked to them before visiting to see what their procedures are. The girl who answered the phone knew all the safety procedures for gluten free sandwiches. We watched them wash the work area change the paper get a new knife and change their gloves before making my daughter's gluten-free sub. That was so huge. We really thought going out to eat would be over for us. And then I cannot even tell you how good these subs were. Best one I've ever had anywhere. Kids loved them too, which is rare....

Hands down, the best Jersey Mikes location I’ve been to. Staff is awesome! They always appear to be happy/positive. The manager of this location is doing a FANTASTIC job! She greets everyone with a smile and cheerful demeanor. Not to mention the sandwiches! Maybe it’s the positive experience they deliver each time we order, but I swear their subs taste better/cleaner than any other J-Mikes I’ve been to.

My co-worker and I have been ordering lunch from this location on a weekly basis for the last 6 months! He has been coming here for years now.
