Orders are ALWAYS accurate

People are always kind. They remember your orders and call you by name, and I really appreciate that.

The App is easy to order on.

Consistency:

It would be helpful if Mobile Orders would be available at all times. They are turned off if they are short staffed. I love the people here, but I have trouble understanding this one. I'll be there even if I have to order inside or at the drive through, but it keeps my day rolling smooth if I can arrive and grab my ready to go food and coffee. I've never worked in a Starbucks, but I feel it would be easier on you if you knew I was coming before I got there. I'm still going to order, I can't understand the time crunch if I order on the app vs in-store.

The hours change often because they are short people. I'm not sure if the store is supposed to update the app, but it doesn't normally get updated when the hours change, and if you are like me you show up ready to enjoy some lovely coffee and greet some lovely people and they aren't open.

I so want to give these guys 5*'s because they are super people, seriously the best people I've ever encountered at any Starbucks. They all know me and if they read this they know who wrote it and have heard me verbalize these concerns.

So here is my proposal: Get the mobile orders working all the time, and I'll bump the review up to 4 stars and revise the review. Get the mobile orders working and consistent hours, and i'll bump it up to 5 stars and revise the review.

Update on 2/16/2022 - Updated to 5 stars. The people are seriously the best. The coffee is better here because I think they are very well trained and they care about making your morning better. As far as Starbucks goes, this is BY FAR THE WORST ONE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Don’t get me wrong, I love Starbucks, but I have had so many bad experiences at this particular one in Sun Prairie. I usually order just the standard grande pikes with cream in the drive thru... and I’ve lost count on how many times I have had to give it back to them just to get some damn cream in my coffee. How do you mess up a COFFEE WITH CREAM THAT MANY TIMES? Then tonight, it was 7:57pm when I ordered a dark roast with cream and my husband ordered a s’mores Frappuccino. They said it would have to be pour over. I replied, “that’s fine.” We were the only ones in the drive thru. When we got to the window, she immediately handed me a pikes with cream (ha go figure). I said I wanted the pour over dark roast. She was reluctant to take it back and get me my order. Her reluctance made me just take it back as I said, “it’s ok, I guess.” She acted like it was my fault.... so rude. Not even an offer to make it right, or to give me a free coffee for my next (unfortunate) visit. At 8:06pm my husband got his below-par s’mores frapp with hardly any chocolate. It took 9 minutes to mess up a coffee with cream and a Frappuccino (that I’m sure was made a plethora of times before we even arrived). Again, only ones in the drive thru. I’ve never had a problem at any other Starbucks besides this one. It is unfortunately the closest one to my house so I regretfully keep going back....

This place is disgusting. I have been to Starbucks all over the US. I placed a Mobile order for pick up. Generally the wait is anywhere from 5-10 minutes for mobile pick up. Walking in the door the garbage was overflowing. Trash on a dirty floor. The gal behind the counter worked slow as molasses. No pep in her step and extremely unfriendly. The man working along side of her was close enough to chat with her but not working much either. The only girl that was truly working was the one working the window. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Then waited an additional 10 minutes waiting at the counter to ask for a pup cup. I was completely ignored. Being a regular at Starbucks I have never felt like I did today. Baristas are normally attentive, and overly helpful. This didn’t happen today. Instead the gal making coffee was telling the man that she didn’t think she was showing up for work tomorrow that she “had had it!” The $10+ coffees tasted mostly like water and not tasteful or creamy at all. This was my regular Starbucks for quite a long time. What a disappointment. Corporate should definitely evaluate store 19808 Sun Prairie, WI location....
