Im going to give honest feedback because I want you to succeed. While the coffee art is cool, and coffee tasted good, there are a few things that need to be improved :

Store hours. Coffee lovers want to get coffee before work or even after work but current operating hours do not allow this. Also closed on Mondays.

Environment could be more inviting. Seating is not super comfortable or is configured awkwardly outside Target. Even accessibility to get cream, sugar etc , was a bit cluttered.

One of our coffee orders was wrong. Though the barista apologized and was friendly, she then disappeared and never came back with the correct order.

It was my first visit, and it all took about 25 minutes.

Your location is great, but with such fierce nearby completion, you may need to work on improving customer experience.

So many good things about my favorite coffee shop, Home SF. I love the aesthetic and the art that comes with it especially the latte art. When your favorite barista makes a Pokémon design, I mean… come on. That kind of detail and creativity just makes the whole experience. Beyond the precision and the art, the coffee itself is fantastic. I’d highly, highly recommend the pour-over selection my favorite was the Yirgacheffe, easily the best I’ve had in recent memory. Probably one of the worst coffee shops in the area. Service was extremely slow - waited 20 minutes for just two drinks while the staff chatted among themselves. One barista kept touching her greasy hair while preparing orders, which was very unhygienic. The Americano was scalding hot and undrinkable for about 15 minutes. The cappuccino was poorly made - flat, with barely any foam, and tasted like warm milk with a hint of coffee. This was my first and definitely my last visit.
