This KFC 340 W. Maude Sunnyvale store is A TERRIBLE/BAD SERVICE STORE, I and my relatives and friends won’t want to go there anymore!
Cashier name: Fabiolav wearing Red shirt (few times had wrong calculation for food bought and sometimes not given right amount chicken or miss coleslaw or miss biscuits when bought meal and had to went back and forth so terrible service & always said NO TO customers asked!
Also another old woman called Colida or Colina with SOUR FACE/MEAN FACE WEARING black shirt & pants (seems like she was just a person preparing chicken in the kitchen but always come out to counter acts like a manager to demand other employee to do things and always say NO TO CUSTOMERS for things customers asked!
THOSE TWO WOMEN are very RUDE and very MEAN and STINGY to customers, sometimes if customers need any utensils, napkins, plates, hot sours, ketchup and etc, they will always say: MO MORE/We Are Out of the stock, (even customer noticed had plates/utensils and others on the bottom cabinet) and very stingy /reluctant to give out hot sauce or ketchup when asked, and only 2 thin napkins for a big bucket and meals food, when asked some more, those two women Fabiolav and Colina/colida would always say No more!!!
Aren’t those utensils and plates and condiments giving to customers to use????? BUT DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THOSE TWO WOMEN EMPLOYEES Fabiolav and Colina/Colida are SO STINGY OR DO NOT WANT TO GIVE TO CUSTOMERS when customers asked for ! PEOPLE guessing may be those two employees want to take those home so don want to give to consumers! I don’t know, so weird!
Just went to purchase some KFC the woman name Fabiolav and Colida/Colina at counter was so RUDE and VERY MEAN! So decided won’t go there ANYMORE because those two bad employees there!
Why KFC hired those such Rude and Mean women ?? No other nice, friendly people can be hired????????????????????????
Hope KFC can transfer those bad attitude/bad service/mean/rude/sour face/stingy employees Fabiolav and Colina or called colida to somewhere else or just replace those two with other friendly/nice workers otherwise sooner or later no customers will like continue going there !

First, I am not usually inclined to review popular fast food joints, which everyone knows & nothing really special - you get what you go there for; whether burgers, pizza or fried chickens.
I am not big on unhealthy stuff, but ever since KFC offers 8-piece for $10 on Tuesdays, I have been enjoying a little guilty pleasure.
Ordering from the KFC app is super easy, especially if you set up your payment methods, Google pay, ApplePay or personal credit cards within the app. The App tells you an approximate pickup time, this KFC almost always give you at the promised pickup time. Case in point: I went to the Lucky Supermarket store in the same plaza, I made my app order for the Tuesday $10 specials, and walked over to the KFC, I got my bucket within 10 minutes, unbelievable.
The location is right at the corners of Mathilda & Maude, so very easy to get to. You could also get a wide variety of things done, as there's a Chinese takeout, a liquor store & Pizza Hut, so make it worth your while.
Finally, this is THE reason I'm providing this review! As fried chickens are fried chickens, it's the PEOPLE, the Latino folks inside are so nice, and I hope people appreciate that more.

I have absolutely no idea how this KFC has stayed open so long. The chicken there is old, overcooked, dry as hell, and gives you diarrhea or makes you sick after you eat it. I am 100% positive that I will never eat there again!!! The first time I tried their KFC, I ate macaroni and cheese with my chicken and I got thoroughly sick and felt very unwell for about 48 hours.
Thinking that it was a one-time fluke, I decided to go back and try it one more time. Not only did I get sick but my wife got sick as well... It looks like our sides had been recooked for up to 72 hours. I was absolutely horrified but so tired and not in the mood to go back to the restaurant to complain.
If you value a quality meal for your family and yourself, I highly suggest you never enter that establishment as long as you live here in the Bay Area. Under Possible...
