The guy running this place is very unprofessional. He has zero experience in customer service and doesn't know how to use the POS system. I had many reward points in my accounts but wasn't able to use those and this guy just shrugged it off like I was asking him for a free pizza. Another day I asked him if my coupon was applied on the order and his response was "What coupon?". Then after some argument, I noticed on his POS that the coupon was applied. He simply had to look at his screen and say yes but he is too dumb for that.

The person is also extremely rude and doesn't answer any question straight. He would keep throwing excuses like "its very busy today" or "i'm the only one working" but not once accept his mistake.

This is some of the best pizza I’ve had in the Bay Area. They are super fast, super consistent, and really good. Their cauliflower crusts are excellent (you cannot tell they are not wheat), and the flavor profiles are compelling. Even their standard pepperoni is a stunner - super crispy, plentiful toppings, soft cheese. I will order from these guys again and again.
