Read morehereâs a brutally honest review of this pinkberry. thereâs flies and roaches everywhere, management is rude to customers and staff. theyâre also hella stingy with their yogurt and toppings and will serve toppings that have fallen on the floor or have been touched by insects. they strategically hire a staff of underage employees and then take advantage of them knowing itâs many of their first jobs. they do not train their employees and then yell at them when they make a mistake. also have heard racist comments from management toward employees of color when they messed up. management did not mention or give breaks to underage employees. i promise you donât want to support this pinkberry location along with the palo alto location as theyâre owned by the same people. donât eat here and definitely do...

Before he had finished my refund, another customer came up with her emailed receipt, and had the same issue, and unauthorized added tip.
Clearly this is a...
