UPDATE 06/08/21 - And their customer service tries to put the blame on the Uber driver, how lovely. First off, the items are in Dunkin Donut paper bags with wax paper which are then placed in a shopping-style bag with the drink holder. There is no way that the Uber Eats driver is responsible for the squished donuts. There is also no way that the Uber Eats driver is responsible for missing food. Especially since your company places the stickers to seal the bags for "safety" purposes. The third party driver is also not responsible for a real sausage patty being replaced by a veggie sausage patty (which was disgusting btw). TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN STORES! Don't blame Uber or GrubHub or DoorDash for the way your employees are!!! SMH.
Original review:
We order from there regularly via Uber Eats and/or Grub Hub and for the last several months, we either receive incorrect food/drinks, are missing food/drinks, or they are beyond not careful with how they package the items.
Today's order was two boston cream donuts and an iced coffee. It was almost noon when we ordered so the "rush" of breakfast crowd would have been well over so the mess we received is beyond excuse.
The two donuts were shoved into a bag and SQUISHED so all of the icing came off on the wrapper instead of remaining on the donuts. It's beyond ridiculous to receive this mess when there is an upcharge for that order because of having it delivered through one of the food apps.
Last order one of the drinks was wrong. The order before that, we didn't receive the hash browns we ordered. The order before that, they once again squished the donuts. Another time, they messed up another drink.
The only reason we still continue to order from there is because my roommate prefers DD coffee over any other place and it's the closest location to our house. Your people need to do better than this. They're in a service industry. If they're not willing to provide the service that is being paid for, then maybe you need new people who will be willing to do the service that your customers are paying for. I get that we are in a pandemic still, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was last year this time or even six months ago. People are back out and about. There's no reason your staff shouldn't be able to handle something as simple as placing donuts in a better packaging so they aren't squished or losing all of their icing onto the package. And no, we should not have to re-icing the donut ourselves when we pay for it to already...
Read moreWorse Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. If you want to be on time for work don't go here. I Went this morning before work to get just a medium iced coffee and two bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wraps. Simple enough right?
I was there for nearly 10 minutes before my order was even taken because the MANAGER couldn't figure out if there was chicken to make someone's order, so she left their order on the register and no one else could place an order. When it was finally my turn I ordered a M Caramel Iced Coffee, cream no sugar, two bacon, egg, and cheese wraps, and an order of hash browns.
I got my coffee pretty quick, but it was loaded with sugar. I decided not to say anything because I needed to get to work. As I waited for my food I watched as three orders of wake up wraps went to the drive-thru as I stood there. It finally got to the point than I requested a refund for the food portion of my order because I was going to be late for work. The assistant manager or the owner (Not sure, no name tag) said they would make it right now. I got my food in the next 5 minutes, jumped in my car and left, only to realize they gave me an order than wasn't mine and that order wasn't even complete based on the receipt on the...
Read moreWhat a complete and total mess! Five employees and one manager equals many problems and complete dysfunction! Maybe it was just a bad day, but first time visiting this location and I’ll never come back… The line at the drive-through seemed very busy so my husband and I walked into the store. We walked out 16 minutes later with two basic beverages and one sandwich but what we witnessed in the time we were in there was complete dysfunction. The drive-through ordering system apparently was not working and the manager seemed flustered and on the verge of a nervous break down. One gentleman walked into the store because he had gotten an incorrect order and when it was corrected unsatisfactorily, see pictures, of what was supposed to be and bacon egg and cheese sandwich he demanded his money back.... The female owner-manager was barking orders at her employees and even treated customers rudely if she even at all acknowledged them. We felt bad for the young kid attempting to make a Café con Leche and when asking us how to make it… We just told him to...
