Pelican's Snoballs — Restaurant in Surf City

Although the staff was very friendly and the variety of flavors to choose from is endless, the amount of flavoring used is nowhere near enough. It was virtually tasteless. This was my first Pelican's Snowball experience and it won't be my last. I chose a Banana Split special that was delicious and very refreshing after a very hot day on the beach. There a plethora of flavors to select, the price is right, and the service is great. The staff was very positive, courteous, and friendly. The Banana Split tastes like real banana and has the taste of ice cream with out the heaviness of ice cream. ...

Went there on Saturday night after finding out we had an authentic snowball stand while we were at the beach. I had to visit. It was amazing and they are just like the ones back home. These are very much like the ones from Louisiana, the shaved ice is perfect and fluffy. I just wish they’d open a location closer to me...
