We mostly go to Scojo’s for breakfast and we always sit outside when the weather allows. The waitstaff is friendly, attentive and has knowledge of the menu items to answer any questions. They do have gluten free pancakes which is the main reason we keep going back! Their menu is mainly breakfast, brunch and lunch fare. The hot coffee has been served cold on more than one occasion which I think needs to be addressed. The outside tables and dining area are clean as are the inside tables. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The food is served promptly. The wait staff asks if you woukd like refills on your coffee. I always leave with a to go box for my gf pancakes because 1 order is 3 very large and delicious pancakes! I dont know if the pancake (maple?) syrup is gluten free. I bring my own liquid agave sweetener packets with me for my coffee and my pancakes. My husband orders the largest breakfast platter they offer or the skillet breakfast item. The skillet is amazing. Its a lot of food and could probably be shared. The prices are in line for breakfast dining out on LBI. During the busy season on the island there could be a wait for a table. I do wish they stayed open later in the day. They are only open until 3 pm.
