If you are looking for unprofessional children behind a counter with no training and cold food made in old grease this your place. Words cannot describe how dissatisfying my First visit to this location was. To be clear this would have never happened in tempe or chandler but back to this location on Bell. Were visiting family and My wife ordered literally 54 wings from this D*m place and a tray of fries which is basically 4 orders of fries. We showed up order ready to go sitting on the counter to the side while these kids basically refill napkins and find things to do with there time vs greet a customer and provide a basic level of service. 5 mins later she gets the bags went over the reciept and I left didn't think to check the order because she accounted for everything essential though I didnāt feel the need to literally count the wings out. Halfway home I did and of course I was missing 12 boneless wings and an additional 2 orders of fries. I call to ask about the order and how they serve there fries incase I was mistaken and she said half (one container) was one order which I knew was incorrect based on how much I ordered but regardless of competence at this point in the event each location differs I turned around to spend more money to buy more fries even though it was to come with my original order and retrieve the missing boneless wings. I go inside purchase more fries and as I'm waiting this child asked me to bring the food I purchased back inside, sure no problem. As Iām going to my truck I am thinking to myself Iām assuming she thinks I am lying about my order at this point but regardless I did just what she asked and brought everything back inside. A lady at the counter proceeds to check the order to verify what was inside. What do you know NO boneless or 2 fries. Out comes another lady from the back from based on what she attempted to whisper with an attitude (she packed the order and knows its inside) okay sure have at it she pulls everything out to double check again NOT DONE she walks away no apology just attitude goes to the back mumbling at this point clearly then NOT ONE BUT TWO additional two random teenage boys come from the back mumbling as well to triple check the order also pulling it back out the bag. By now Not only am I upset but basically feel insulted and rather my money back and allow them to eat it for dinner since they clearly think I'm making it up. To where it took 4 people to pull all the food out the bags to ensure it still was not there. This entire time no apologies given for the incorrect order to begin with, the inconvenience to turn around to correct the order or anything. I was so annoyed by the lack of customer service skills I knew this was the first and last time here. I guess spending $100 on some wings and fries that would be cold by the time I got home just because I turned around to"lie" from what they seem to think about some bonesless wings and fries missing makes since. Wow just overall appalling experience to be honest. Sad when you try and support local businesses and you have an experience like this that proves you otherwise. I will never eat here and I will make sure anyone I know in this area doesn't either. Spend your money on food that is actually worth it while getting at least subpar service vs this place. Putting $100 bill in the trash or letting my dog eat it would have been a better experience. Everyone who attempted to eat the cold food I brought home was disappointed when I brought it back this was just embarrassing to serve and disappointing. No one else was in there after we ordered 3, 4 people came in two of them were from online orders We waited 43 minutes the woman comes out And handover the food that were online orders I go to the counter and before I could say anything, she says oh yeah I know your waiting, hold on we getting your food ready. I said weāve been waiting for 43 minutes now she starts getting an attitude telling me that all these people in here ordered online the walks away and yells in the back do you have them people food yet? At this point, I just asked for my money back so then she gets on the phone and say I donāt know I had to talk to my sister. We cant do that because we just started cooking your order so she gets on the phone rambling. Something she comes and start punching and on a cash register.. I asked for my receipt also for proof She says now I need to do this because You donāt when you coming back here having an attitude.. I'm like what your the one that seems upset.. first she says itās because I just dropped your order and now I have to throw away all that chicken I'm not unset your upset.i say Umm sorry not my fault. When I walked in the door there was one person sitting in the dining room, which was probably a red flag since it was lunch time and very busy at other restaurants. I needed to go to the bathroom so I headed to the bathroom first.
When I walked in the men's bathroom I could barely see. There was a broken light fixture on the ceiling that was not even bright enough to see the toilet and the sink clearly.
On top of that, they had two separate soap dispensers that did not have soap in them so their cheap fix was to buy a bottle of liquid hand soap anyone could buy at walmart, which i'm probably sure they did since Walmart was right there. On top of that, the mirror was broken and there was graffiti all over the mirror.
The last part of my experience what's the nail in the coffin. When I went to the counter there was no one there. It was as if nobody even worked there. I saw that there was a bell so I decided to ring it twice. I then heard the employee get up from the back room. When she came out, it was clear she was not happy and extremely annoyed.. In a very condescending and demeaning tone, she said, and I quote, "You better not be ringing my bell!" I turned around and walked out. So sorry to inconvenience you for paying your salary.
There are a plethora, a place is in surprise you can go to get really good wings. Plus, they have friendly and professional staff that don't treat you like a dog and make you feel like you were bothering them for just walking in the door.
