I ordered 2 bigger plate meals. Both were absolutely pathetic as far as the 3rd entree goes. fur my beef and broccoli, I got 3 pieces of broccoli and 2 itty bitty micro pieces of meat that looked like they accidentally got put in. I 100% would bet EVERYTHING that I've ever owned and will own that the person making my meal fully intended to only give me 3 pieces of broccoli and had they seen the 2 micro pieces of meat, they would have discarded them from the meal. But I'm not done, the 2nd bigger plate mall was supposed to be teriyaki chicken. I said, supposed to be because the chicken was burnt, dry and hard with ZERO TERIYAKI SAUCE. Did you dig it out of the trash can? Seriously, if you wouldn't serve the food to your own family, YOUR KIDS or yourself, why would you think that I wanted to spend my hard earned money on THE pure garbage that YOU SERVED TO ME AND MY FAMILY AND KIDS?? Why even advertise a 3 plate, if you can't train your employees to actually serve a 3rd plate equal or even close to the portion size of the 1st 2 entrees? I'm talking to the manager now. I didn't get a single thing I asked for either. No utensils to EAT MY FOOD, no soy sauce, no teriyaki sauce at all. ALSO THE FORTUNE COOKIES WERE ALL STALE AND DISGUSTING!! How do fortunate cookies go stale?? How did you manage to even get that wrong? The entire meal was disgusting and tasted like it has sat around for hours before I ordered it. I'm never ever coming back here ever again and it's already been several years since I've been. To future potential customers, you aren't missing out! Save your money and time! So not order from here. The manager would be ashamed and embarrassed if they cared, but something tells me that they really don't because if the did, this would never ever have left the restaurant...
Read moreNot pleased with this location at all anymore. First of all they are one of very few locations who no longer serve sweet fire chicken breast.... it’s been around for years and other locations have it, why stop it here? BUT This is the closest location to be open til 10 so I go and deal with orange chicken... not today though. We go in and I order a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. The chow mein didn’t even fill half the bowl, probably about a 1/4 cup serving, so she was like “do you want to add white rice on top?” I said no I just wanted what was left of the chow mein, I’m not a big rice person, in which response “okay good because we are out of white rice, what about fried.” My sister proceeded not to place the remainder of our families order due to the white rice and what they want not being available. I’m pregnant and the craving for panda was real so I continue to order and told her I hope they didn’t charge me full a full bowl considering the amount of chow mein. She said they would have to. I questioned it like WHAT?! you want to charge me for something I’m not getting the full serving of? So we left. No apologies just attitude and carelessness.
You guys are open for a whole another hour. You don’t get to choose to basically close but remain open if you’re not making the main items like rice and chow mein..... We watched at least 5-7 other people walk in and walk out without anything because they chose to not continue to make food. If they had just made it guarantee with the amount of customers they turned away they would’ve sold it. To add to this we tried to place an order online at 830 but it said “order volume to high” .... that was...

Let me tell you about the kind of day where every muscle in your body aches, your uniform’s caked in drywall, and all you’re dreaming about is some hot food and a few quiet minutes of peace. That was me today. After a full bathroom remodel—dusty, tired, and honestly not smelling my best—I pulled into the Panda Express on Grand ave just hoping for a quick bite before diving into my studies.
I walked in looking like I’d just wrestled a wall—and maybe lost. The staff didn’t blink. They greeted me with respect and a smile, even though I probably looked like a mess. I placed my order and was told they were out of chow mein, so it’d be a few extra minutes. No problem. I was patient.
Here’s where it gets good: when my food came out, not only was it fresh—it was PACKED. I mean that tray was stacked like they knew exactly what kind of day I’d had. That kind of quiet kindness? You don’t forget that. They didn’t know me, didn’t owe me anything—but they still looked out. That little extra made a huge difference.
I brought it home, cracked open my books, and that first bite hit like a warm hug from the universe. Delicious, fresh, and satisfying in every way. I could’ve cried, not gonna lie.
Big shout out to the team at Panda Express on Grand avenue. You didn’t just serve me food—you gave me a boost when I needed it most. Y’all earned this review and then...
