I just want to start off by saying we frequent this place often and for the last 6 months have had nothing but poor orders missing items and horrible customer service from management on down. Today is my bday, my best friend wanted to take me out because she knows I love the food! So we go in and the young man came to take the order he stopped after looking confused for a few mins and said I’m new I’m still learning. We said no problem take ur time… he walks away goes to drive threw and never returns..about 5 mins later when we said we would go else where another young man comes up we start ordering. Well they had the dipping taco order still on the screen my friend says she will have that he says no we don’t have that any longer. So she says ok I’ll do the Mexican pizza. So I order and so does my other half. I get the cups and go to get drinks they are out of Dr Pepper not a big deal take it to the counter and ask them to do it on drive through side. The kid comes back and says I guess we are totally out after discussing it with the other employee he didn’t want to change it. So I said u know what u guys don’t seem to have anything we would like today we will go elsewhere..we’ll now it just got worse, no one knew how to refund or were able to refund it. So we are waiting 10 more mins for them to look confused all in a huddle. So the little lady in the back calls the manager and she says she wants us to come in Thursday cause that’s when she works again!? While we are waiting to figure this out the young man at the counter says to me…if the drink is the problem isn’t their a convenient store just down the road? I said yes there is but why would I need to go get a drink their when I’m eating here?? Very confusing and disrespectful young man. After we decide ok fine we will come back on Thursday to get a refund, even after just saying go ahead and put the refund on a gift card a boss comes in and I said to the lady are u a boss? She says yes…I asked can u do refunds? She says yes give me a min. I said no problem…she comes back and says if the manager said Thursday we will have to wait till then. I said no, I asked u and u said u could refund it so she calls the manager and gets it approved?? Remind u they hadn’t made the food prior to me cancelling the order requesting a refund..The young man who said to get my drink up the road was standing next to her and I told her what he had said and she smiled and allowed him to keep talking and interrupting our conversation. He was back peddling what he said and saying well I said that because I thought the drink was the only issue. As if that made it ok?? The supervisor on duty did nothing to make the situation any better with her employees. Also when they cancel a special promotion my friend originally asked for they keep it on the screen because if they don’t customers complain that it’s empty space on the menu! He told me that’s why the special dip taco was still up. I will be calling this in tomorrow...

It's not just a minor mistake here or there; it's a complete mishap every time. I have visited this location multiple times, hoping for improvement, but unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing.
It's disheartening to see that the staff seems indifferent about the quality of their work. Each time I've brought an error to their attention, their response has been lackluster at best. It's as if they could care less about getting the orders right or ensuring customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, I've noticed that the late-night shift seems preoccupied with flirting and engaging in personal conversations, rather than focusing on their responsibilities. This lack of professionalism directly reflects in the consistently incorrect orders I've received during those hours.
As a loyal customer, I believe it's essential for Taco Bell to address these issues promptly. The fast-food industry thrives on efficiency and accuracy, and unfortunately, this particular location has failed to meet those expectations consistently.

Read moreI place my orders on your app and pick up so I don't have to wait. The last 2 times I specifically pointed out that I changed the hard taco for a soft taco supreme and pay extra to swap. I never got a soft taco supreme but just a soft taco. I went inside today to get my order to make sure it was right this time and I was not impressed with your employees listening skills. It took 3 employees and a manager to figure a simple craving box. First employee gave a deer in the headlights look when I said I placed my order thru the app. He was clueless on what that was? 2nd employee again didn't listen to me didn't look up my order she just gave me 2 soft taco supremes and I said that's not my order, she says no I'm just giving you those. 3rd employee picks up the bag with the incorrect food and yelled out my name. I said this isn't what I ordered. Then the manager says he's taking care of it so he hands me my bag and I asked is it right this time he said yes it's correct. I looked and it wasn't correct so he has to make me the burrito that was missing I said I knew it still wasn't correct. Managers response your complaining isn't attractive.
