I am in disbelief of the terrible service we received the night of Tuesday December 15th... So we decided to drive over to the IHOP location off of Bell Road and the 303 for the sole purpose of drinking milkshakes and hot chocolate as a group of five people. Obviously you choose IHOP over Denny's for their milkshakes, and everyone knows that that is a fact of life. So there we were, and I swear to you, -there should be more food photos, including 3 milkshakes, an order of strawberry banana pancakes, and my faulty/dysfunctional waffle, but my disappointment with the service carried me to not want to take any more pictures of the food; I swear to you I was not going to review the place, because I would rather not leave a review if it is going to be a bad one and not a helpful one. But, here we are, and I decided to leave a critical five-star review, rather than a one-star review that other people might overlook. Helpful five-star review all the way please. For the sake of their job security, I will not be naming the cooks and servers that took care of us that evening, even though I know clerically, you can backtrack to see who was working that night, but regardless, I'll try to be discreet about the fact that maybe it was their service and not just some food that disappointed us. For starters, there were a lot of menu items that were missing, including the tilapia, the crispy potato pancakes, and apparently sliced bananas. Besides the fact that our server was a bit standoffish that evening, the food was good. As expected from ihop, the cooks are doing their job diligently; it's usually the management that's faulty. And that at times, falls down onto the servers who in turn throw it at the customers, which is a rare treat that I had yet to be faced with, but here we are! One of the members of the party ordered the strawberry banana pancakes, and the upon being served them, the server acknowledge the lack of bananas which were promised to be adorning the top, she said the manager as said "the bananas only go on the inside, there is no such thing as bananas on top of the pancakes regardless of the fact that the picture and the description both said they needed them"... Which makes me question management of this place. How much more does it cost you to throw on a few slice bananas on top of a dish? Also, when I inquired about dietary info about the hot chocolate, the server was bit insulting and jabbed at my face, asking about whether I used to be a fat person just because I was inquiring about whether or not the hot chocolate she had served me was accurate, because it was served in a giant 24 oz cup instead of an 8 oz cup like I was under the suspicion that should be served into... I asked about the accuracy of the calories, and she decided not to read a label in the kitchen. I am always looking to know exactly what I am consuming. It really takes away from the fact that ihop's mission statement includes making sure that customers are satisfied. A snide comment like that... really gives off a bad impression, and I'm not one to be insulted easily, but if that's who's leading the front line of the servers that are going to be at this location, might be best to have someone else be working late evenings if they cannot face the crowds with the same attitude as someone working mornings. The shakes where delicious, creamy, and perfect consistency. All the drinks and the food arrived relatively quickly, and the server herself followed orders and requests after she noticed it was not a same difference type of night for us and their service had turned into a slightly sour one. Waffles had a bit of a continuity issue, since one member of the party ordered the chicken strips and waffles, and another member ordered just the Belgian waffle, and the one with the chicken was extremely crispy, while the single Belgian waffle was soggy and uncrisp. Beware the not so crispy belgian waffle! It might as well be wet toast. We did address some of these issues directly with the server, but to no avail... No actual or...
Read moreIt takes a LOT to get a bad rating from me. So let's cover why in over 1000 reviews this is one of my only 1 stars. Slow service. Unfriendly staff. Dirty everything. Every water glass we had, had food floating in the glass. Making us wonder if there same was in our orange juice glasses. When asked for assistance we were told. "Wait a minute". It too 10 minutes to get fresh glass of water. The medium rare T bone steak, was improperly well done, and as you can see in the picture, cooked horribly, tough and chewy. The hard cooked eggs were medium. The all you can eat pancakes were never refilled. The bacon was burnt on one plate. The check came in the middle of the meal, letting us know we need to hurry up and leave. It was clear we weren't getting any more service. The bathrooms weren't clean. The bill was almost $100. I would generally never have an issue with the bill, but for terrible service and for quality, half the food was wrong or cooked incorrectly, it was unacceptable. Now before someone says, I should have said something... I did, and no-one came to address it. So we ate our food, paid, and left. I review a LOT of restaurants (over a thousand, and in numerous countries, some high end, some holes in the wall), literally have tens of thousands of photos posted and honestly this is one of my only 1 star reviews. But I feel they really earned it. I do NOT currently recommend eating at...

Weed tea fertilizer
No, we are not talking about drinking herbal tea here. This is for the weeds you want to get rid of. Like any other plant, weeds contain nutrients. Instead of throwing them away, make a weed tea fertilizer that your garden will love.
