Ordered 2 frech dips, a chicken fried ribeye and the meat loaf. After driving 30 minutes to get there to pick up the order upon returning home 30 minutes later discover no Au jus for the French dips which the meat was very dry. The chicken fried ribeye looked like a boiled fatty steak which was soaked in grease. The meat was gray and not very appealing not to mention they also forgot the white gravy for thr mashed potatoes. I phoned the restaurant and spoke to a female manager and started to tell her what the issues were and I started with the Au jus, she said you want to come back and I explained its a 30 minute drive there and then she says so what do you want me to do about it? I said what do you usually do? She said with something so simple I can't even give you a $5.00 credit. I said well guess we won't be ordering there again. After charging over $20 bucks for 2 dry sandwiches, $16.00 for a boiled gray greasy steak with no gravy for the mashed potatoes and not being able to make a salad with just lettuce I'd say we got ripped off big time. Not to mention the carton the steak was in had so much grease it soaked through the paper and we lost half the mashed potatoes because they were mixed with paper. I say save your money and go elsewhere. Horrible food and even worse customer service not to mention they can't even get everything in the bag that goes with an order. Never had a worse experience anywhere. I've had some bad ones but not like this and if I could have given no stars I would have. After the managers comment about the Au jus she didn't hear about the rest of the stuff and she didn't seem to care so maybe when she sees it and reads it she'll brush up on customer service and make sure of the type of disastrous food that is leaving her kitchen and training employees how to read tickets and make sure to put all the simple items as she put it in the bag. If it was such simple items why were they forgotten then? Maybe she should be doing her job better making sure order accuracy is a priority as well as the quality of food being served. I'd really appreciate a call from the owner to let them know they'd be doing their customers a service getting a better manager and staff. I did receive a reply that just said sorry for your bad experience. No offer to rectify it, no mention of further training, nothing. I guess with the bad experience I did have and the response that was given nothing is going to change. Very sad. Good thing the bar does well because the food quality and customer service definitely needs major improvements.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for several weeks and finally went this past Saturday The restaurant was packed, which is usually a good sign. Who would think that would be the best part of the experience? Unfortunately, it wasn't a good thing at all. Everything went downhill from there. We were the only ones not seated, but it still took the hostess 10 minutes to acknowledge us. We were then seated right away in the bar area. It took another 20 minutes to be approached by a server, then waited 10 minutes for our drinks (water). It only got worse from there. We placed our order and I got the fried chicken I had heard so much about. I was told it would take about 20 minutes to cook, which was fine, but....yes there's more. After an hour and 25 minutes, with no contact from our server our food came out one meal at a time (about 5 minute delay). I was told they were out of baked potatoes (at 7:15 in the evening) and had to choose an option that I knew I would not eat. My chicken dinner finally came out, by which time my companions dinner was cold. It was placed in front of me with absolutely no conversation. I did not receive the 1/2 chicken as stated, but rather 2 breasts and 2 legs, neither of which I normally eat.. Not the thigh and the wing which I normally eat first. No explanation, never a question if I would still want the chicken. It was placed and the server was gone. Then I tried to eat the food. The chicken was overcooked and so dry, I had to drown it in Ranch dressing (when I finally managed to flag someone down), I couldn't even identify the vegetables, they were so overcooked. I ate 2/3's of one piece of the chicken and took the rest home. We left 2 1/2 hours after we came with leftovers and empty stomachs. Definitely not worth the price we paid. The picture is my leftovers. I did not bring the vegetables home, I just left them on the plate.

We decided to try it after reading reviews...quite a few of them not that great. As soon as we entered I was having second thoughts. The place had quite a few people in it, almost all seniors (we are seniors as well). The entertainment was a 1 man show, basically singing karaoke. He had a sound system and he sang. He did have a pretty good voice but it was very loud. Talking to anyone (waitress, wife) was near impossible. I ordered the special, ribs, my wife ordered pulled pork. The meals came out fairly timely, I believe about 20 minutes. Both my ribs and fries were Luke warm. Wife said her meal was also not hot. I am no chef, but I feel the ribs were yesterdays and warmed up or something. They did not taste fresh at all. My wife said her pulled pork was very good. I must say our server, Matty, informed us she was brand new and please bear with her. Other than not having all the answers (she is brand new) she did an excellent job. I look at this place as more like a bar for seniors. Lots just there drinking and dancing. Although I didn't notice anything in particular, it just felt dirty to me...just my feelings. Next day both of us made a few extra trips to washroom...coincidence? Edit: received a message asking us to please try them again. I see this message on a lot of their reviews. Sorry, it will not happen. There are plenty of places with great food around, don't need the troubles again.

Can I give a zero star and still be able to write about the horrible experience we had tonight? We decided to take my mom out for her birthday dinner. All I could say as we left the place was, I'm sorry mom. We arrived about 5:00. We were seated quickly as there was only one other table with guests, although bar was full. We asked about the happy hour menu she told us the draft beers were $3.50. She then said happy hour appetizers weren't available since that ended at 6:00. We reminded her it was only a little after 5:00 so she agreed we could get appetizers half off. When the 2 appetizers arrived we quickly noticed the buffalo shrimp was really hot even though we ordered mild, but not having been in the restaurant before we could only imagine what mouth burning hot would be. When the server arrived with our salads/soup, (actually chili) we told her we thought the shrimp was really hot for being mild. She said she had put it in as hot. The salads arrived but my chili was a long time in coming. We ordered 4 entrees with several problems, not getting gravy, another no butter or sour cream for baked potato, needing to asked for bbq sauce since the pulled pork and ribs were dry. THEN the bill arrived ... only 1 of the 3 draft beers were $3.50 even though she had told us all draft beers were happy hour priced even telling us all of the beers they had on draft and then showed us on the menu selection of draft beers they had. Then we found out the buffalo shrimp that should have been prepared mild and wasn't was the only appetizer not on happy hour pricing. She never said anything about it being the only dish not discounted. She pointed to a tiny dot, really a dot, that if we had looked at the bottom of the menu we would have seen that dot meant not on happy hour. We were also charged for an upcharge for a soup or salad. She told us that we had 2 daily specials and so we probably needed to pay extra for a salad. The special price was $1.00 less than it would have been on a different night, however we were charged 1.29 for an upcharge!! When all was finished they charged us full price for 2 beers, charged us full price for the shrimp appetizer, even though it wasn't prepared as we had ordered, and the $1.29 upcharge instead of ordering the ribs for the regular price. We did see a discount listed on the bill but it was for the other appetizer. We also had 2 coupons which we showed her before we ordered but she said she had already put the coupon into the computer so don't worry. Of course neither discount was deducted and she finally gave us credit for 1 coupon, which we understand, even though she had taken both coupons from us. Never have I had such horrible service and inconsiderate dealing with any restaurant. She went to the manager who did nothing except to remind us there was a dot on the menu. I reminded him it wasn't even prepared the way we ordered and shouldn't be charged anything much less the full price, he said nothing. I would think hard before going to this restaurant and if you do don't trust anything you hear from the staff, especially...
