For a brief, tantalizing period, I dared to hope that this establishment had somehow, against all odds, escaped its self-inflicted decline. Those few months, blessedly free from the auditory assault of that General Manager, offered a false dawn. Her reappearance, however, has brutally illuminated the true nature of this place: a sinking ship, steered by a captain determined to run it aground. Her return is not merely a disappointment; it's a declaration. A declaration that you, as an establishment, have chosen to prioritize chaos over customer satisfaction, noise over peace, and her… unique brand of management over basic human decency. You have, in essence, chosen to set fire to your own reputation. The fleeting illusion of improvement has been shattered, replaced by the grim reality of your unwavering commitment to mediocrity, or perhaps something far worse. I will not subject myself to this auditory torture again. I'd rather endure the questionable cuisine of Union Deposit, where at least the staff and management seem to possess a modicum of respect for their patrons. Consider this my final, and most fervent, farewell. May the echoes of her managerial pronouncements serve as a constant reminder of your catastrophic misjudgment. You have lost a customer, and, I suspect, many more will soon follow.

Read moreThe last experience I had at Arby’s consisted of a very rude middle aged women that was making drinks without a mask during the pandemic. When asked why she did not have a mask on and making Customers orders she became irate and stated that she has a medical condition. When asked if there was something else she could be doing at work other than breathing on customers foods she became angrier and asked if we “wanted it or not” Her bad grammar was not understood by my Mother and she excused the middle aged women and asked her to repeat herself. She then stated again “do you want it or not.” Trying to explain to this middle aged woman this is not the way you should speak to Customers she slammed the drive thru window and left the area. The on duty Manager came and politely apologized for the employees rude behavior and assured us it would be handled. The manager did make our drinks with her mask on. We then paid for our food and left. I will never again visit this Arby’s as this experience has...
Read moreFood was great and the young gentleman at the drive thru window was very friendly and polite butttt....... I am not happy that I was charged twice for my order a week apart. I was there on the 19th of March as I was passing through the area, and stopped for a meal later afternoon. That purchase cleared my bank on the 20th of March. A week later and I had another charge hitting my bank in the same exact amount as the one I originally made on the 19th and it has now cleared my bank. I spoke with the general manager who referred me to the ones who handle such things. So I called that office and was told they were aware of this happening from their restaurant and they would fix it. Well it's been a few days and I've had nothing back and they have twice the amount of money that my order originally was. Not sure what's going on but I'm very disappointed. I love arbys food but this isn't right at all that I'm being taken advantage of and more money being taken than...
