Starbucks — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

The restrooms are shared by men and woman. I used the restroom today and the soap dispenser was empty. I went to the register and let the young lady know that it needed to be refilled. She told me the soap dispenser was broken and its been that way for a few months. I told her she should have a soap bottle in the bathroom and she shrugged it off. I asked what the employees do after using the restroom and she said that they have soap in the back. Who cares that the Patrons come out of the restroom with dirty hands and picking up the sugars and items to put into their drinks.This is unacceptable and OSHA would have a field day with this location. It's not that difficult to go to the store and purchase some soap....

They never fail they are always on point the staff is very welcoming from when you walk into the door with a hello. They make my frapp awesomely and they are always friendly. They work very hard and they are always up to making a smile on your face. I have never had a complaint about anything and i come everyday. Im so happy that even when i have a messed up day at woork a couple doors down that i can come to happyness and enjoy my drink. Love it. My friend and I came to this Starbucks after a horrible experience at Cracker Barrel this morning. We were still in good spirits despite it but told the girl (totally regret not getting her name!!) about how bad it was and without us knowing when we got our drinks, she upgraded them to the next size up and wrote on our cups "Hope your day gets better!" I don't even want to throw away the cup cause it really did make my day! Kindness goes a LONG way. Thank you so much for that reminder and allowing us to see it does still exist.
