The pizza that we could not eat was left, in perfect condition, with the manager, Andy, after we politely asked if he could correct our order to please provide a refund— I was craving a pizza with chicken and pesto on it, so I had my husband call in and order that for me at this place because we live right down the street. When we arrived, our pizza was different than we expected. It was the Chicken and Spinach Pesto pizza that came with bacon and additional ingredients that we didn’t ask for. I don’t eat bacon, so I sent my husband back in to get that corrected for me. It seemed to be a miscommunication, so we kindly asked for just a pizza with chicken and pesto. We handed over our pizza in hopes to get that corrected. The pizza is deliceous but the staff is rude and uninterested in assisting aside from always passing the paton. Today for the 4th time I tried to order online. We again recieve coupons for this establishment. The system says we are 3.7 miles away within the 5 mile requirement. However thr online wont let me finish the order yet again. Told the guy that my boyfriend would be in a few minutes before 9pm to pick it up, but that I wanted to place the order now so they’d have it. Also told him it was ok if the pizza was ready sooner. I was trying to be courteous of their closing time. When I told the guy my boyfriend would be there closer to nine to pick it up he said “well when will he be here?
