My husband and I were very excited to bring our fathers here for Father's Day. Our party of 7 was quickly seated, but everything fell short from that point on. We were worried it would be very busy but it was not, unfortunately our server was hard to find and not at all interested in doing her job. She even walked away WHILE my mother-in-law was in mid-sentence and did not finish telling the server what she wanted. We had to call the server back several times for drinks and refills. We had to ask several times for silverware for my Father in Law, which man walking around looking for a server and getting grumpy looks from the other servers. The food was terrible and full of grease. My father had the "lasagna" which had had no sauce inside of it and just a smear on top, so the only sauce was a little pool of marina and grease underneath. The meat inside of the lasagna looked coagulated and more like a patty with little to no flavor and one noodle in-between. This was the most pathetic looking lasagna I've ever seen. My fathers date got her food 10 minutes after everybody else and it was cold in the middle and burned on the top and swimming in grease. My chicken and shrimp had 5 pieces of shrimp and maybe five strips of chicken, the entire meal would fit in a small salad bowl...not nearly worth the price I paid. My dish was edible but hardly a proper Italian dish, and was probably the blandest thing on the table. Our first set of rolls were cold, but we ate them and asked for a second round of roles since the food was taking so long, and we were met with a heavy sigh from the server after looking for her for about 5 minutes. My son chose a calzone which was pouring with grease and oil and when you tried to take a bite out of it your mouth just filled with disgusting oil. He could not finish it, he could barely make it through a few bites. The other three people had equally terrible experiences with their food but will make their own reviews. I expected a lot more from this restaurant, but this is the second time I've been here and both times have been disgusting. I'm not sure how they're getting any good reviews. Now I see why they were not busy on Father's Day because no one in their right mind would take their family member here to eat. Our entire party is sick today and we have all had major digestive issues since we got home last night. So thanks a lot for 24 hours of stomach aches, a waste of almost $400 and making this Father's Day a terrible memory. And after going through the reviews I see that this place has gotten many people sick. This is just disgusting that they are allowed to serve poorly prepared food and are getting...
Read moreJust left this “restaurant” and have never been treated so terribly before in my life. When my friend, my mom, and I sat down for dinner it took around 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. In order to get a server, we had to ask a hostess for one. We then have a server that had a terrible attitude with us. We proceed to try to move on from it and try to have a better outlook. She then barely gave us any attention what so ever and we had 2 other servers serve us what we asked. Our rolls were cold when served to us but we ate them anyway because we were very hungry. My mom was served unsweet tea when she asked for sweet. There was also a band that was WAY too loud for an Italian restaurant. A Italian restaurant is suppose to be a quite intimate place to eat. We then got our “server” (who barely served us) and said we would like to speak to the manager. She then seemed to be scared, like she should have been, and asked if we needed boxes. We said yes and she got the manger. He proceeds to come over and he was dressed very unprofessional. He was wearing a Hawaiian shirt that wasn’t even tucked in with khakis and a black apron, he looked like a bust boy. My mom proceeds to complain about everything that had happened and he said that the band performes once a month on a Saturday and that he posts it on their Facebook. My mom said that she shouldn’t have to check Facebook in order to have dinner and he says “do you want me to call you?” That was VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. He left and then came back and told us that he took care of the check, LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE. He then leaves and then proceeds to talk to his employees of how “rude” we were. Again, the manager should not be acting THAT unprofessional. Never going back to this “restaurant” and I highly suggest that if you would like to be treated with respect, like you should, to go to any other Italian restaurant there is. Not...
Read moreHorrible experience with the service. Have been here a few times in the past. Came for a birthday party, and I have a dairy allergy. Our waitress never introduced herself but the name on one of the checks was Audrey. Asked the waitress at 2:09 if there is an allergen menu, myself and others at my table had to ask a second time about the allergen menu and it wasn't until 2:46 that she finally came back and said they don't have one but can make whatever I need. In that nearly forty minutes we had only been asked what appetizer we wanted (I wanted one of the appetizers but needed to know if it had dairy). Our drinks were frequently left empty, my water was never refilled after 2:20 and as I am currently sitting here at 3:30 it still has never been filled. People from our party also had to go find our waitress three different times after she would disappear for a very long time. My husband had asked for a sweet tea at 2:46 when she finally took our orders, and he had to ask a second time for one because she never got it. I decided to order a side of sausage to be safe, and when it finally came it had sauce on it that the menu did not state it came with so I asked to please have it without sauce (I wasn't sure if there was parmesan in the sauce, I have a dairy allergy). It was brought back a few minutes later with a new bowl but the sausage still had the sauce on parts of it. Everyone at our table, and it was a party table of sixteen were astounded at the awful service. Will not be back for any future parties...
