On April 25, 2025, at approximately 8:22 PM EST, I visited the McDonald’s restaurant location #20099, located at 125 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Suwanee, GA 30024, and placed an order using the in-store kiosk. My order consisted of two Double Quarter Pounders, and my kiosk ticket number was #49. At the top of my receipt was a promotion that read: “Buy One Sandwich, Get Any Sandwich Free (equal or lesser value).” I presented my receipt with the survey promo code to the manager on duty to redeem this offer. To my surprise, the manager refused to honor it, claiming the promotion only applied to McValue menu items. However, no such restriction was printed on the receipt. When I pointed this out, the manager stated the terms are “usually at the bottom” of the receipt. The only thing at the bottom of my receipt was a QR code, which he then accused me of having cut off—an unfounded and insulting assumption. I found this interaction not only inaccurate but also dismissive and unprofessional. I specifically made a trip across town for this promotion, and to verify the promotion's validity, I visited a second McDonald’s location. There, the staff politely and promptly accepted the exact same offer—on the same items—without hesitation or issue. This inconsistency in service, along with the unwillingness of the first location’s manager to acknowledge a clearly advertised offer, reflects poorly on your brand. It’s frustrating to see corporate promotions disregarded at certain locations, especially when customers are made to feel as though they...
Read moreI will never ever in my life visit this restaurant again. I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop and eat and do some work on my computer because the traffic was really bad. The employees in the store when very unprofessional,,,Davis a gentleman who said he was the manager who was cursing and yelling at one of the other employees who he said was his little brother..no matter if it was his brother or not you do not reprimanding your employees in front of customers you do it in private and professionally. I sat there for about 1 hour and during that hour several of the crew members were cursing and yelling and talking trash to each other so loud that everybody in the restaurant could hear. As stated I would never visit this restaurantand the only reason that I gave it one star was because I did not have the option to give it zero sorry if anything they owe me some Stars....

Read moreThis is the face of a manager who does not care to wear a name tag, who does not apologize nor is he interested in showing empathy for his store’s customers. Today I ordered my very first delivery from Mcds due to having a sick family member at home. When the DoorDash woman handed the bag to me I tore open the completely sealed bag in front of her to see that all 3 of my fry boxes were half empty. Since I live 5 minutes away I decided to go to the store to have the food remade. The manager on duty who claimed his name was Hanner did not offer an apology but instead felt the need to say that he asked the associate who prepared the the bag if he made the fries that way and then told me “so idk how that happened” He did not offer anything for my inconvenience but instead told me to call corporate if I needed to complain. Which I will be doing after I post this review. Customer service is all I was looking for but instead I received a dismissive attitude and rude responses from someone who should not be a leader. No one should have to write a negative review for a fast food spot...
