I came in the store and placed and paid for my order. When I came back to pick it up I noticed that my name was no longer on the board. I asked about my order and they said āwe gave it away 10 minutes agoā. I said I just got here so they must have mistakenly given it to the wrong person. I thought that would be enough for them to say oh sorry, weā ll remake your order now. Instead he goes and gets who Iām assuming was the manager or at least the most senior person. She proceeds to explain that they give the order away to whoever comes up when they call a name. I said thatās fine, but wouldnāt you just make my order or give me a refund? She just walked away. They proceed to fill at least half a dozen orders while Iām standing there until another employee asked me if everything was ok. I explained that they gave my order away to the wrong person and at this point could I just have a refund. She went and got the same woman that walked away the first time to process my refund. She then tells me twice that she canāt find my original order and then finally finds it, presses some buttons and says āyour refund is processed.ā I asked is there a receipt or some form of confirmation and she said no we donāt have that and then just shows me an error message on the screen. I just left. Very bad experience. I totally understand that mistakes happen. They were very busy and there were a lot of teenagers in the store. But when you make a mistake with a customer, just apologize and make it right. They could have just remade my order and I would have said thank you and been out of their way. But as a customer having your order that you paid for given away and then when you bring it to their attention youāre ignored is a very disappointing experience. Update I read another review and it seems as if another customer had a similar issue with the same employee. Tall woman wearing a face mask. Sheās rude and dismissive and makes you feel like youāre being ridiculous by expecting your order or a refund. Iām in agreement with the other customer in that I wonāt return to...

I live in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and was craving something sweet and I thought one morning just a couple of days ago.I'm gonna go to crumble cause my son had just bought some from there.The weak prior and they were amazing.. I walked in greeted with big smiles.And how are you today?It was really nice.They answered my questions helped me with no problem.I placed my order just 2 cookies.It was the cookies and cream and peanut butter pie cookie... They call my name showed me the cookies.I felt something was off with the peanut butter pie couldn't place?It came home took a couple of bites of each and realized there was no peanut butter cups , which I love on my peanut butter pie and my cookies and cream cookie was a tad bit overcooked as the edges were crispy and almost dry , the center was really good... So Paying over $13 with a tip for 2 cookies.If that's what you call the peanut butter pie, was. Not the best experience for me in taste?Or presentation... I would consider trying them a second time because as I did state The staff was super friendly.The place was very clean and that says a lot right there.. Prices are a bit high, so hopefully I'll enjoy my next trip to crumble...

The lady told me two differant things which ended with me not getting a refund. I called back and immediately got hung up on 3 times. When I had my mom and sister call they answered them, and told them all she didnāt really know and that I need to come in the store tomorrow. Never once got an apology for not receiving any of the cookies I ordered or for getting hung up when I told her that information after they answered a differant number. She told me they were out of minis and thatās why I didnāt get what I ordered.
