Avoid this Wendy's unless you are starving and it doesn't matter what food or drinks they give you (or don't give you). I am a slow learner but I think I've finally learned my lesson. Every time we pick up food from here there's a problem. They leave something out, give you a wrong sandwich or completely get the order wrong by giving us someone else's order. Thankfully after so many problems, this time I checked our food before we drove away. Instead of giving my son a normal chicken sandwich with nothing on it, they gave us some small processed meat chicken sandwich. I drove back around thru the drive thru and they told me to go to the 2nd window where the manager told me the sandwich I wanted cost more. Like I was trying to rip them off. No problem. I had not tried to pull something over on them. There was just no way I was going to feed that pathetic chicken sandwich to my kid. (and every other time when I order a chicken sandwich, they somehow knew what chicken sandwich we wanted. Usually we have to wait 6 minutes while they make chicken, but today they must have had lots of pre-cooked chicken sandwiches sitting around for hours because my son and I both got lukewarm, very dried out chicken) I informed the manager that we have a problem every time we stop here and the lady at the window thought that was really funny. (The same lady who, mind you, had to go get permission to give me a drink carrier when I asked for one, even though I had a large ice tea, 2 frosty's and a chocolate milk.) I'll just have to drive out of my way from now on when I want to get a treat for the kids (and I suggest you do too) to avoid this Wendy's. Maybe try the Arby's on Union Deposit. They actually offer you a drink carrier even if you only have 2 drinks and...
Read moreUnreal is how I can describe this experience. I ordered 3 breakfast meals off the menu. It took 10min just to get my order in, because the lady at the register couldn't figure out how to put no Swiss cheese sauce in the system. It's not like It was busy either. I was the only customer in the dining room. It took another 15+min to get all my food. A couple of items were not right, so that took even more time. By the time I finally got everything most of it was cold. Neither ketchup dispenser had any ketchup in them. I watched the lady drop a container of bacon on the floor, pick it up then try to hand it to me. Then touched other things without changing her gloves. When I asked her about changing her gloves. She rolled her eyes and walked away. They were not swamped or bust in any way, I was the only customer in the store. No way it should take 25+ minutes to get 3 simple breakfast meals. The only thing that was done right was the frosty, because let's face it, it's near impossible to screw that up. I've been to this location often in the past. But I promise you, I will never go back...
Read moreOnce I found a hair in my burger and sometimes the people at the drive thru give me attitude. The food gets to me fresh but whenever I eat in the restaurant there are always flies around that try to land on my food. I love the biggie bags and the fries but I'm disappointed with the workers. They need to get it together.
Edit: I decided to give this location another chance and guess what? I was halfway through eating my chocolate frosty and then I see that there’s a STRING IN MY MOUTH. There was a long string of something in my frosty. I have complained before and nothing has happened. At this point I hope this Wendy’s gets shut down. I just wanted a cold treat but instead had to deal with this. I have already filed a complaint with customer care if this Wendy’s does not change a health inspector or someone has to get involved because there is no way you are letting stuff...
